No after sale service from manufacturer. No Demo or other guidance is allowed if you purchase from other than company's Marketing persons. When I called them today for demo. They clearly refused and said you may follow the "Youtube video" for guidance. Rediculous. One of the Worst product. We should not buy such companies products.

Do not buy this product, as the product was damaged. I have ordered 2 times because of the brand name. But the product and packaging was damaged. I suspect the product is not from original eureka forbes. Its a local make

1. Wire does not got in automatically - Negative2. The pipe holder which you use a a clamp when you wanna dump the VC after use - Broke after it fell of once while vacuuming - Negative3. Makes a lot of Noise - if you are cleaning the House you can't hear your door bell ring .Suction power drying power is goodtrips at times while going ahead - you need to get used to itCAPACITY - looks like a 15 Lt Bucket - on which a suction machine is placed. may be it is supposed to be like that .Overall 3 Rating

My vaccum cleaner not working from sep 2020 my complaint log on 9-9-20 your service executive came to my house and check the vaccum cleaner he told that motor is not working and he informedto company , and he also told that company will replace it. But till date no reply from company , pls replace the machine

This is a Chinese made very poor quality product. Its exhaust canister is like a paper which suck itself and deform in first use. Die to poor quality of its paper like steel canister, it received in deformed and dented condition. The seller has not packed it with proper air bubble pack. Not recommended for anyone in the name of Eureka Forbes. It is a Chinese product of worst quality. Its dry brush bristles come out automatically.

I bought it for ₹5850. I don't have any complaints against the product other than it's loud noise but it's obvious that it's going to make noise because of 1400 watt 🙂• Great Packaging by Amazon 👍• Nothing is broken like others complaining about🙂• you can use it without dust bag which is very convenient 👍• Suction - 5/5, Blower - 4.5/5• The only Con - it doesn't get auto Cord Winder at this price point🧐

Received damage metallic pipe .damage May be due to transport .But unsealed box received.Not used by me as product received damage.Request for return.

Pls do not purchase this product at all if you do not want your money to go waste. Eureka is providing only a disposable paper dust filter with it which lasts only for one operation. I asked for a refund, refund was initiated, Amazon sent me sms twice for the pickup but it did not happen. Now they are telling that the refund date has expired.Meanwhile I have tried my level best to procure a dust filter from the Eureka franchise and all the local dealers. But none of them is aware of the such a model. I have provided them all the details along with the pics but still they are not able to help. Without the dust filter the machine is of no use.
