I love these supplements. i bought these because i hated the way i smelled postpartum! day 2 i immediately smelled like maple syrup. it also helps with milk production. Take 2 with a meal and it’s easy to swallow. does not hurt my stomach either. size of the capsules are great too. i think price is good for what you are getting. this is my fourth bottle!

I’ve been using VH Nutrition Fenugreek for a while now. The value for money is good, and it’s easy to use. My energy levels are okay, but I’ve noticed a bit of bloating, which is something to consider. I haven’t had any pain issues, so I can’t speak to the pain relief benefits, but strength-wise, it seems fine. Overall, it’s decent, but the bloating is something I’m keeping an eye on.

I purchased one bottle of this last year and I really enjoyed it. It smelled like maple syrup when I opened the bottle and then I would start smelling sweeter within a few hours of taking it. I took it daily. I purchased another bottle a little while ago and it smells completely different.. like wheat and chemical? It even tastes that way too and causes me to burp up the flavor a lot. It's unbearable for me to take now. I'm not sure if something changed within the last year but I'm going to hunt for a new fenugreek supplement to take. I tried taking the newer bottle quite a few times and it was difficult and didn't do anything for me. I even purchased another bottle thinking that one was a fluke! But it was exactly the same.
