These are perfect for getting your seedlings started. They are small yet have 12 planting spots. They have a water retaining bottom. The planter have holes in the bottom so they can be watered from the bottom. They have a very clear greenhouse type cover with an adjustable vent cover. We have started a lot of seedlings in these planters. You get 10 sets with the capability of planting 120 seedlings. They also come with plant markers and really handy tools to help you plant. They are relatively in expensive and reusable. I am just cleaning my first set that we are finished with. They look very nice after starting new seedlings. I can not wait to use them on my winter and summer vegetable seedlings as well as flower seedlings. The possibilities are limitless! I am so glad I found them here on Amazon. They come in a sturdy box with the 10 planter with 12 spots in each, the bottom that fits the planter section and the nicely fitting clear top, the tools and the plant markers. What a deal!

I bought these last year and bought some more this year to start my seeds from my garden! And then I got a job and some of my seeds died! Not the products fault I just didn’t have time to take care of them

I really like the smaller size of these and the fact that they are very sturdy and reusable. I like being able to pick them up and see if the plants are getting root bound and ready to transplant. The ones I have from last year are still going strong. It is nice not to have a huge planting tray when trying to find room for my starts. I will continue to purchase these when I need more as i keep expanding what I start each year.. I expect them to last a few years which is more than I can say for most plastic starter posts.

The middle tray is definitely “sturdier” than the top. I was hoping to reuse this year after year but I don’t know if they’ll make it past this year- I do like that I can vent the cover-Very easy to set up

Unlike Jiffy seed starting trays that keep the condensation inside the tray, these covers fit over the outside edge of the bottom half which allows condensation to run down the sides of the dome and out onto the floor instead of dripping back inside to retain moisture. I like them good enough for the price but be sure to add water and put a pan underneath to catch the condensation. They drip excessively outside the tray and are messy.

This kit comes with everything you need to get an early jump on your garden. There are 10 sets of six cells, with trays, humidity covers and vents. You also get a dibble to make a seed hole, labels, and a fork to scoop out the seedlings. Seeds are germinating very quickly for me. Nice set, and it appears to be reusable for next year.

Smaller than expected - good thing, as I get carried away and run out of space.Super easy to fill compared to net pots I've been using.The humidity dome should help, especially so I don't have to water every day.I got them "used like new" for 12, and within an hour of unpacking, ordered two more.
