Compared to previous versions, the handling and operation of the locomotive is almost flawless and the inclusion of lighting and sound only adds to the eye catching ability this set contains. The only issues I have are aesthetic, being the strange inclusion of a black screw on the top of the engines boiler and printed people on the coach windows. Past that, I struggle to have any complaints!

Your browser does not support HTML5 video.  We have the original Blue Comet from the 1930’s that ran for a long time but recently went to be retired. We purchased this the second we realized it existed and have been over the moon on love with our purchase!

I have wanted a train for under the tree for a long time.This was not the right choice. It is very difficult without good hand strength, to assemble the track.I have arthritis and it is almost impossible.Also, I cannot get the smoke to work.And there is an annoying constant beep when it is plugged in but not being used. Not sure what the point of that is.

6 year old grandson loves this train. Bought extra tracks to expand.

Classic train and looks good and sounds good when running

Over all a beautiful train . It was working wonderfully but now I can’t use the voice or whistle while driving train . I have to stop the train to press the buttons and then drive . ☹️

Nice train set. For the granddaughter.

We love this train. We got it for my 2 year old for Christmas and he could have sat and watched this train all day. It was super easy to assemble and he loved that he could control it with the remote. I like that you can also control the volume.
