It’s a nice item- just make sure to follow and go nicer the instructions- we did wrong the first time. It not hard to set up- just make sure to have an idea of what you’re doing before.

It was easy to assemble and I liked everything about it. The only thing that is a little bit bothersome is the fabric is a little bit loose on the front drawers. But it works well for my bedroom

For its purpose, it works, although I struggled to put it together by myself. What would normally take about an hour with a second person, it took three hours. I don't know if the instructions encouraged multiple people to assemble or not, but it needs at least two. It looks like it does in the pictures, although if anyone is looking for drawers that close tightly and evenly with the face of the unit, you may be disappointed. I purchased it on Prime Day in Nov. '20, so I paid $20.00 less than normal, so the price was worth the $80.00 purchase price, however, the normal $100.00 Amazon price would have been asking too much for such a unit. Overall, I do like it, and as I mention at the top, it serves the purpose, and my clean clothes have a place to go when they come out of the dryer, so I am grateful for that, as I had been using a locking chest-like unit, such as what military people may use in the barracks, so this is a definite step-up.

I am super disappointed with the quality of this dresser. I waited two weeks for it to arrive (which I knew upon ordering). When it arrived, the box was open with pieces of the base hanging out. One of the fabric inside support pieces had a 3 inch rip in it, and some of the pieces were not manufactured properly which I had to fix myself (the pictured piece I had to bend with pliers to get it to match the others). Some of the screws were missing indentations, making it impossible to screw them in with the screwdriver or wrench. I would expect this from a cheaper fabric organizer, but this one is relatively expensive and should be manufactured more carefully. It took me 2 hours to assemble because of several inconsistencies in the screws. Once it is put together, it looks great and feels sturdy (perfect for my closet where it is more about function than beauty). Normally, if I received something with this many defects I would return it, but I waited two weeks and am in a crunch to make something work. Overall, I definitely expected higher quality all around and an disappointed in the quality I received.

Assembly wasn't too hard. The top middle drawer space is a little tight making it a bit challenging to open/close, but is tolerable.What is not good is it was missing one of the "drawer inserts". I emailed the email address that came on a card in the box, but they never responded. I cut out a piece of carboard and used that for the bottom. Not happy doing that when I spent over $100 on this...Edit: they contacted me eventually and sent a new part all the way from China. Unfortunately, they sent the wrong drawer bottom (I verified that i specified the correct one). I'm able to cut it down to size with some sizers for a slightly better than carboard option.

It is exactly what I expected. Assembly took about an hour. I had to push things into place and alignment. I think it's good for one person clothing storage.
