Cool idea, works but has a flaw or two
This keychain is pretty cool looking. I have used re-usable matches before so seeing this made take a second look. The only flaws you may find in your device though are the back side near the flint, they left this surface painted so within 2 or three strikes of the match you will quickly scratch the paint off near the flint. The other flaw is you are going want the wick extended a bit more than it comes from the factory for easy striking. I would probably buy it again, it is a conversation starter to say the least.

Not so good after all
So I was really impressed with this gadget, but after using it a few times,I quickly found the striker sucks.It takes several strikes to get it to light, up to five tries if not more . I have some of the cheap metal matches that light up with half a strike, the only problem with those metal matches is that they dry out quickly, so you can’t rely on them.I’ve used those matches on this ferro rod and start right away, but when I use this match it takes forever to start. There’s no way to refill the material on the cheap metal matches, otherwise it just switch the match.I was finally able the replace the striker piece of metal with one from the cheaper metal matches, this gadget is at 100% now.So unless you’re willing also buy the cheaper metal matches to replace the striker, I’d pass on this gadget.I’m happy with my purchase now, but only after the modification to the striker, so I can’t give this product five stars.Thank you

Nice emergency item
This is made with good quality material and does not feel cheap, I do not believe its for regular use but in an emergency or pinch its a good way to make fire or light your way. For the price you really cant go wrong, and as a keychain it works real well and you forget its even there.

Nice gadget
Nice gadget. Definitely useful in your survival backpack. I don't know if I would use it as my keychain due to it's weight and added bulkiness. It does have some weight to it, which I appreciate but if you have to carry it in your pocket it will become rather cumbersome.

Durable and designed well
Nice weight to it and is well built. Easy to fill with lighter fluid and the striker works well. With having two key rings, it's easy to separate and organize my keys. I only had problems with catching the sparks to ignite the lighter.
