This was a replacement for another corn light that had stopped working. This is the perfect size for the light fixture I have and it puts out a tremendous amount of light. It is the standard size so install is super easy. The neighbors all ask about it because of how bright it is and how it makes them feel better because it lights everything up so much more than a standard light bulb. Would recommend for an outdoor light, probably too bright for anything inside except for maybe the garage.

Overall a great bargain. The quality assurance isn't as great as you might get from a retail store version - one of the metal bands that holds everything together wasn't properly fixed in place, but the light still worked. Very bright and it is a quarter of the price ($16 per bulb vs $60 per bulb) of the nearest equivalent corn bulb you would buy at a big box retailer based on a quick check of a Feit brand at Home Depot at the time of this writing. I didn't do any electrical analysis on the claims, which honestly seem too good to be true. The major brand big box equivalents claim to use around 100W of power for the same bulb where this one is claiming 40W, so I'll just say it makes my basement extremely bright without any extra wiring.

I’ve only used it a couple hours but it works great and is really bright. Really lights up my garage. It did get warm to the touch but I’d expect that from so many bulbs. I bought two and if they last I’ll get some more for other areas.

These bulbs are exactly what I needed and are working well. The only negative, and it was no fault of the seller, was the shipment arrived 1 day late. I attribute that to Mail Innovations being used. I have had consistent problems with shipments arriving on time when Mail Innovations gets involved.Other than that, this was a very pleasant experience.

The light was bright and it was perfect for the garage for about a year. It has been a little over a year now and only half the light is working with the full brightness. The rating is based on the quality of its longevity.

Very bright. Lights up the whole area with white daylight. Bigger than a normal bulb so I had to get a wider and taller lamp shade hanger to fit around the bulb.

This product is a great upgrade from my spiral bulb. My garage looked so bright at night that it felt like noon. It maybe bigger in size than my my previous bulb, but it’s great where you can see most everything inside my custom cabinets without using a flashlight. I definitely buy this product next time.
