The dimmest of 3 settings is brighter than any of my 1000 lumen flashlights. Built extremely solid, heavy, steel. Is its own built in charger, nice feature. Tough lanyard, everything about this thing is bright, and tough. It will be the best item on Amazon, I have several flashlights, in my car, house, rooms for power outs; this thing is for night walking my dog in the woods, lights up the entire landscape. Almost bizarre. My light meter [phone] just gives an error message, off scale. Battery will of course drain in a few hours, but that's fine, just plug it in when done using. The next most powerful lamp on Amazon needs wheels. UPDATE: the battery indicator is extremely useful, battery lasts about four solid hours on highest setting. battery is 2000mha. the max for that type battery is 3400mha, which would be about 7 hours on max brightness. (note, anyone advertising >3400mha is bull).

This little flashlight is way brighter than any I've had before! Do not look directly into it! All the functions work and I like that you can operate it on either batteries or use the rechargeable battery included. I lime that it came with the charging cord, and the triple A battery cartridge. It lasts a long time on 1 charge and doesn't take long to recharge. The only thing that bothers me is the little rubber flap that goes over the charging port. It's in a weird spot, to where when trying to turn it on, it comes up. It's attached, but will easily come off after time. I just put a small piece of electrical tape over it to keep it secure.

I have purchased about a half dozen of these flashlights because I think they are the perfect design. Small, extremely bright. You can get about 12 hours of continuous light on low setting, about 2 or 3 hours on high, but low is usually bright enough because the flashlight is so bright. That being said, about half of these I bought will drain the battery even while off, so if you don't use them for months it will completely kill your lithium ion battery so that it will no longer accept a charge. You either have to keep the batteries out of it or keep checking them to make sure there is some charge in them.

These are very good quality flashlights!! After purchasing my ebike, I began the search for handlebar headlights that would be bright yet durable enough to last a long time. I came across these after purchasing and using propietarty bicycle lights. I ordered two and they came with 18650 rechargeable batteries. If you purchase these, get ridf of the 18650 batteries and purchase 26650 batteries instead. They will be much brighter and last longer if you will be riding at night. Also if you order 26650 batteries, order them from Ortronic.com because their are a lot of misleading suppliers out there claiming that their batteries are higher in Milliamps and they are essentially scamming people. I would recommend these flashlights because they are bright and work as advertised.

Just received the light. Charged it for four hours (being cautious). Went outside to my darkened street. Turned it on and pointed it down the street. OMG. The entire street lite up like the local SWAT team was setup to raid my neighbors Christmas Lit Gingerbread house.I have never seen a flash light brighten an entire dark street . This is an amazing lite. I have this "power outage phobia/OCD" and was a former At-Sea Naval officer. I have a ton of small lights, even on my key change (comes in handy). The wide focus option is easy and still extremely bright. I must apologize to my neighbors for them thinking that the Christmas Star had floated down into our neighborhood.This light is incredible. If a extremely powerful small light is on your Wish/Need/OCD list then buy this one.I am not sponsored hack, just a shocked customer.Buy this one and awaken your neighbors.

I have bought several of these flashlights and have generally been well pleased. They are light but very strong and are very, very bright when fully charged. I just received two new ones that I had ordered. I opened one, inserted the battery as instructed but the light did not turn on at all. No blue mode light on the handle. Nothing. However, there was an immediate, very very strong electrical burning smell. I turned it off immediately but the smell persisted and was very intense. I threw the flashlight out as removing it was the only way to dissipate the smell. The second flashlight from the order worked fine as have the prior two I have purchased. This was scary and dangerous.

The media could not be loaded. I’m very disappointed I do very detailed inspector and detective work and it is no longer reliable after less than a month I hope they contact me to do something about this. I bought thousands of items on Amazon and only had to write one or two bad reviews at the most besides this one.

I still cannot believe how bright this little flashlight is! Wow! It is a great buy for the price and it has multiple ways to charge the battery with two different battery options. There are four different settings which includes a strobe light and it fits really nicely in your hand. Unless you need to light up the whole neighborhood street, this little guy will work nicely. Definitely worth the money!

Fulfills the purpose I bought it for: can light up the whole side of the barn 50m away from my bedroom window. Have to focus the lens but it scares off the critters that are after my chickens

I just got it so I don't know about the battery life but this flashlight is bright!! Delivery was prompt, the size is just right and it's really, really bright. Would recommend so far.

Decent flashlight and I have liked it to a point so far. Not near as bright as advertised and the zoom wasnt great with some stupid window silhouette in it. My friends $30 light from costco is much better. Really not a bad light but pales in comparison to a random costco flashlight so makes it not worth recommending.

Use for work inspecting homes and businesses for pests in the business of pest control.
