I’m 6’ 240lbs semi athletic build with 38” waist , 2x fits very comfortable and not as short as they appear. After getting my first pair I immediately ordered another. Pockets are just big enough to fit an iPhone X with life proof case. I’ve done squats and dead’s multiple times without issues will buy more for sure

I am equally amazed with this product and with how much it costs. It's a great pair of shorts, typically for running. Personally, I would not wear these to the gym because they'll ride up my legs and thighs a whole lot, almost giving most people a wedgie.The material is polyester, very much like a windbreaker material. It's stretchy and comfortable and even for me, I can do a pancake on the floor while wearing these and still be comfortable.These are, however, for your typical slim European male. These are tight and not generally meant for bigger people. You will have to order about.. 2x larger than your regular size.Overall, these are nice and comfortable, a bit on the tight side but they have stretch capability for a variety of exercises and activities. Just be cautious of all the skin you'll be showing.

I ware M. But, based on the reviews, I ordered L. The L were tight as well. To get it the way I like, I had to order XL. Perhaps M and L would've worked for a bodybuilder (tight fit), but I wasn't ordering it for that purpose. The XL were not as loose as I wanted, but, after a week of waring, they stretched. I wanted shorts that are not as long and bulky and have zipped pockets. It's impossible to find zipper-pocket shorts in regular stores, but it's really convenient to have your pocket zipped; nothing will fall out and less chances to get stolen, especially useful for travel. The fabric is really nice too, mostly cotton. I hate polyester. Overall, the fabric, the zipper-pockets, the length, and the fit are good. I'm happy with the purchase.

Update: Customer service was great. They reached out to me and sent me a new pair and they fit great. Just be aware that if you have big quads or glutes you'll have to keep that in mind.original review:I can't figure out how to contact the seller to exchange them and I have no idea if 2X will be big enough (assuming they respond to this review). I ordered based off of reviews and questions. I wear 38" jeans whenever I wear jeans so I ordered XL because I saw other people say that would work. They fit my waist just fine but they are SKIN tight on my thighs and glutes. I have no doubt that if I could run in these they will tear. They squeeze my thighs like a pork loin.

I like the shorts a lot. The material is similar to the 'quick dry' stuff, although I haven't tested them to see how quickly they actually do dry. The pockets are nice and deep and easily fit a huge smartphone. The pockets are zippered, and the zipper/tab is really beefy - easy to use and stays put so your contents are secure. My only complaint was that, for me at least, they ran really small. I buy 30" waist jeans, but after buying these in small, medium, and large I finally settled on the large. They're listed for waists in the 42-43" range, so that's way off.

Update 8/23/2019I am updating my review to 5 stars!!Customer service contacted my very quickly and asked if they could send me a replacement pair of shorts. I agreed. I received them yesterday and they are the correct ones. I commend them on their responsiveness and willingness to correct the problem. They stayed in touch with me a number of times to see if I had received them. I would certainly order them again. Besides the customer service, I really like the shorts. They are very comfortable. I am a 32 waist and the Large fit perfectly for me. They are a bit snug, but it is the way I like them.Original reviewI purchased 2 large, same order, quantity 2. Both are labeled, inside and the outside labels, exactly the same, large. It might be a bit hard to tell from this picture but they are definitely not the same. The smaller of the 2 is more form fitting, which is what I wanted. Problem is I did not notice until after I wore the larger of the 2.

Love these shorts. Great fit around the legs and butt. Pockets with zippers in the front are perfect. The material is almost like a bathing suit. Great on the street, working out or for a swim.
