I’ve had a hard time finding a reliable source of organic lemon juice with no additional additives and in a glass bottle, and I was delighted to discover this brand on Amazon. I use a lot of lemon juice in salad dressing, guacamole, hummus and marinades, as well as to flavor tea and to make lemonade, so I was happy to learn that this product if offered as two 1-liter bottles.This lemon juice has an excellent flavor, and I will definitely purchase this brand again in the future.Note that it is a good idea to keep this lemon juice refrigerated after opening the bottle. I find that lemon juice can be stored in the refrigerator for months without spoiling as lemon juice is a natural preservative in and of itself.Below is information from the product label:Italian Volcano Lemon Juice is 100% organic lemon juice and is bottled near the Mt. As an ardent lover of all things lemon, I have been anticipating the arrival of my order. I just rushed the package inside and opened it to discover one of the bottles had been dropped with just enough force to knock it loose in the two-bottle packaging and tear the aluminum cap, exposing the bottle contents to air and who knows what, for who knows how long. Lemon juice can support a rich bacterial culture, so drinking from the bottle with the broken seal is not something I’m willing to do!I willingly paid for two bottles of seriously over priced lemon juice, but only received one safe for consumption. I am not a happy customer!!!!!And of course this product has no return options; so I’m stuck with one bottle of potentially toxic lemon juice and one doubly overpriced bottle of consumable lemon juice!It would be exceedingly gracious, and sincerely appreciated by me, for the seller to replace the damaged unsafe-for-consumption bottle, but that remains to be seen.

This product is great, but I was able to purchase it at a local health food store for $5.98. Exact same product! I think you are paying mostly for shipping if you order on line. Otherwise, it is a fantastic product.

I found this at costco for a cheaper price than what I pay here BUT since I love this stuff so much and Costco doesnt carry it anymore I come here for my fix. My favorite is to mix a little with sprite zero and a touch of splenda zero .. refreshing and pallate cleansing.

UPDATE: I I change my review from 1 to 3 to reflect the good service from Amazon; after a brief conversation, they simply refunded the purchase and it was done. As to the product, I like it and it continue to buy it. There’s no substitute for fresh lemon juice, but this covers things if no lemons are around.# # #One of the two bottles arrived broken. It’s a wonderful product, but the packaging was a bust, literally. See the photograph.

Value for the money is surprisingly high. Just found the exact same product at Costco for third the price

Nice flavor and fresh. Purchased 2 bottles. They arrived well packaged and undamaged. Great for cooking. For ex., roast some peanuts, and toss with chopped onions and chopped Thai chilis, then add salt and this lemon juice. Makes a quick spicy snack.I also use this lemon juice to make drinks, like lemonade. A splash of this is great in a flavored sparkling water from a can too (try adding lemon juice to the grapefruit flavored Waterloo sparkling water).

This stuff is great! I've used it in water, in pies and in sweet tea! Love the flavor and the added benefits of this product. So thankful it was restocked. The only problem you may run into is it staying on the shelf!
