Cleans well, but heavy.
I didn't know it refurbished. Then when I notified Amazon I was told it was new ,it looks like new??? Confused. Works really well , great suction. Maneuvers easy, but pretty heavy.

Never buy anything but a Shark
I started with the first shark, and have stuck with them ever since. The quality and performance can not be beat. The power and suction deep cleans like no other, and with the new front roller it cleans bare floors even better. I even converted family that were Dyson owners.

IT was a good vacuum with good suction !
I like that it has good suction and it has a nice light on the front of the vacuum.

RENEWED PRODUCT = REFURB THAT DOESNT WORK!
Product was advertised as renewed...BUYER BEWARE... that means refurbished. Dirty way to do business if you ask me. The product didnt work when we got it. Look elsewhere if you want quality and honesty.

Love everything about it
Absolutely love it. I do have to clean the brush and remove dog hair build up from the front roller, but I expected that with my fur babies.
