Received this clock as a gift. Doesn't work at all. So disappointed.

It's nice.Made the wife happy.The door sticks open sometimes which is the only nick.

Since I am a cat lover, the clock is perfect for me, with cute cats and a cuckoo mouse. The chime isn't harsh but really nice on the ears. It is a bit expensive, but really worth the value (especially if you love cats).

bought this for my wife's birthday. She loved it. It looks even nicer in person! it chimes on the hour and the little mouse comes out at same time. It says Cuckoo Clock? but no Cuckoo that dose not matter it's cool anyway.

attractive decorative clock - had issue with 1st clock received with second hand sticking but returned and replaced immediately with no questions - love this clock and would highly recommend Bradford Exchange products.

Well, I am on my 3rd one. They must have had a bad batch or something. The first two lasted just under a year. The mechanism that makes the kitten pop out keeps breaking/ wearing out. If this third one doesn't last I'm getting my money back. Pretty annoyed so far.
