Cute, durable guy keeps on paddling!
I gave this as a gift to my friend. She loved it!!! I smile when I go by her house and see him paddling away outside. Since it was a gift, I cannot address the ease of assembly, but I can say that he has stood up to some intense wind gusts and still looks as good as he did on day 1.

perfect for kayakers
I purchased this as a Christmas present in 2020 for 2 avid paddlers, when I visited them this year it was still on the deck rail working just fine. Yes they do take it down when strong winds are predicted, but they enjoy checking out the weather by watchin it.

This guy really spins in the wind and is vibrant in color. Pretty easy to assemble and stick in the ground. Quality product for something so simple! I’d like to get some other ones...

Love it!
This was our second order. The furst one lasted over a year which is pretty good considering we live right on the river and get some pretty strong winds. My hubby loves kayaking and we love seeing this little guy paddling all day long. Colors are vivid and withstand Florida sunshine and rains. I will surely order another once this fella finishes his race.

Piece if junk
It's broken already. Sewed the plastic & glued the sticks twice already & it broke off again. Don't waste your money.Obe I had before lasted 10 years & this one didn't last 2 months.

Really nicely made, but smaller than expected
I know they sell two sizes and I know it listed the size of this one, but it still ended up looking smaller than I expected. Truth is, I bought this only for the "paddle assembly" and mount. I built a four foot long kayak out of plywood, but could never get paddles made which turned well. So, I bought this and removed the paddle assembly to mount on mine. Problem solved. That said, the actual unit is made of durable rip-stop material and well sewn. It is worth the money.
