Easy to swallow pills and good value! I’m very hopeful that this will help with building my bones back up.

Decent product, unfortunately a bit too harsh for my digestive system.

My GP wanted me to take calcium with D2 but most of the leading brands add D3 instead. At 4 tablets per day (2 am and 2 pm) this formula was perfect for the amounts of BOTH calcium and D2 recommended by the doctor to ward off osteopenia!
