Vibration Platform Exercise Machine, Whole Body Vibration Fitness Plate with Remote Control and Resistance Bands for Weight Loss Toning

This vibrating exercise platform actually did more than what I thought it would. I have used this as a means of a step table and then the vibration has actually made my legs sore and can feel it in my stomach. There are a variety of settings you can use depending on how you want to use it. The rubber deck is good for either barefoot or with shoes and has a good grip. I've brought it to work to use with my standing desk and when my apple watch tells me it is time to stand each hour I've been using it for 5 minutes.

This vibrating platform is pretty amazing and did what it should do. It’s a fun excise machine which make you burn extra fat. I have been using the machine for a week and 30 mins a day. I actually sweat a lot whole doing training on it. It help me to lost 2 lb in a week and my leg is kind of sore everytime after using it. You can also adjust the level of vibration base on your need. Overall, It’s a great machine for fitness workout. I really enjoy the workout time with this platform.

My back have been killing me since I gained all this weight. I started out by doing 3 min for a week, then 5 for a week, then the 10 min. I have no more back pain and lost some weight. If I skip a few days, my back starts hurting again.I thought it would be kind of hard because it's just straps to hold on too but it's very easy.

This is a great product! A simple and practical product that can achieve your unexpected results. Before that, I have tested a similar vibration platform, and it takes up more space and is expensive. I use it several times a week. I slowly start to strengthen from a low speed. After many times of using, my legs have a sore feeling. I think this should be effect of persistence! Also equipped with a remote control, let you control freely. (It is recommended to start from the beginning to use, gradually strengthen that is easier to adapt.)

I can't give this a review yet....have only used it once and still trying to figure it out. One thing I can't figure out is what the 5 different color bands are for. There is nothing showing what they are suppose to be used for. Appreciate any help on this

I'm so glad I purchased this product. It came nicely packaged. It's not too heavy and easy to move around. It also easily stores underneath the bed and takes up little space. It has a very powerful motor. You can really feel the vibration when using it. I'm very satisfied with this purchase.

I reached out to the seller with no response. The machine power light turns on but does not move. It stopped working after only one month of use. Unfortunately I had just purchased a second one for my mom prior to it not working. Now I am afraid its only a matter of time before the other one stops as well.

Unfortunately, though the on and off light 'lit up" showing power to the device, it didn't work at all.I am disappointed.Asking for my money back.
