Great-Had Stomach Pains on empty stomach
First, if you have stomach pains, dont take it on an empty stomach (for example when you first wake up). If you do, you can get stomach pains and nauseated. Eat something and then take the pill.I've been taken 2-3 a day, and my sperm count is great, and motility is great.Started with 38 percent motility -> new test shows 95 percent.Started with 15 million sperm -> new test shows 30 million sperm (great!).It does work. Also, caffeine is the one thing that I thought would cause a problem--doctor says its the one thing that helps the motility..keeps those little buggers jumping! :)

I think it works!!
Maybe slightly hard to confirm but certainly cannot deny the fact this blend may actually do exactly what it says. In conjunction of doctor prescribed clomid, 2 tablet a day for 3 months - SA count finally came normal... The 3 prior SA tests just on prescribed medication, showed promising results however once added these pills in daily the doctor was impressed at the results coming normal. A Lot of reviews are positive and I went and tried it and very grateful for all those who left words of confidence in this item. We hope to add to this feedback here in the next few months of the good news. No adverse side effects were observed, everyone is different but try it. You maybe as lucky to get great results as me. I don't have any proof so take my experience for what it is
After an unfortunate miscarriage we tried to conceive again for 13 months. I took one of those home sperm tests and it actually seemed to indicate I was low, although it could be I screwed up the test. I had the doctors do a sperm analysis where upon they promptly lost all my results (but still managed to remember to bill me for it of course) so I still don't know what my count was. Anyway, after the home test I started taking these and 3-4 months later my wife was pregnant. I don't know if they had anything to do with it, if it was a coincidence or placebo effect. What I did know was that they weren't that expensive or invasive compared to any of the options we had started to discuss towards the end. I'd say if you aren't there naturally in 6 months these are a good cheap first step to try and help things along. Other people seem to have more solid data about their experience and I'll probably use these again when we try for the next one.

Save the money and just buy a men's daily vitamin.
it is just basic vitamins, for my husband there wasn't a change or difference or improvement in sperm analysis when taking these and when not taking them. It also didn't help in us getting pregnant whatsoever, even with him taking them for 6 months. There are a few things they have that are not in a men's standard 1 a day vitamin but you can get L-carnitine and green tea separately here on Amazon. We currently are dealing with infertility and have for years so if you are taking this to help with infertility, it probably won't make a difference in male infertility but if you are a healthy man wanting to boost your chances of fertility than this should work just fine and you should get the result you want but you can get thos same result with a one a day.

Results but loss
Started taking this and saw Immediate results. My Wife also took fertility blend for Women , and had results,but We miscarried.Got pregnant a month after starting this . We didnt even know we were. Since it says it takes up to 3 months. My wife had issues she started her cycle abnormally . Doctors dont even know what to say . We have had 2 previous miscarriages ,but since we have taken fertility blend this is the first time We have gotten pregnant and the last pregnancy was a year almost to the day This time around. SO IT DOES WORK!!!! We werent trying didnt expect this to work so quickly. I am now taking Macabrillum revolution and Fertilty blend 2 pills each a day. Just trying to let it happen naturally. We have a 2 1/2 year old Daughter who we didnt have a problem conceiving . I work 72+ hrs a week and only get 5 hrs of sleep a night. Just going to continue taking it.

Don't wait any longer!!
When I purchased this for my husband I was thinking "why not". My girlfriend had told me her and her husband tried for 11 months and after a month they were pregnant. We had been trying to get pregnant for over 2 years... I've taken plenty of fertility drugs and nothing had worked. We were told we would need IUI to get us to the finish line bc my husband had the sperm count, motility was "ok", but he was at 1% morphology. Well, I ordered this and 1 month later I'm pregnant!!!! Definitely recommend!

ok i have been with my girlfriend now wife since 2002 when we was both 16 years old. in all that time she have only been prego twice. once in 2010 & again in 2013. both did not end well. i know she can get prego, so it did not take no Dr. to tell me that i was the issue. so i got these pills and started taking them on 01/04/2014 at the start of my wife ovulation and i SWEAR today 01/08/2014 after my wife missed her "P" day we took a HPT and WE GOT A BFP!!!!!i know it say 2-3 months but i know in my heart that she is ONLY prego because of the pills!!!!!

A great boost to energy
I bought these for my husband to help with our efforts to start a family. He said he felt great taking them and had much more energy than normal. I realize that sometimes they take a while to work and we're only on month two, so I'm hopeful that they will be a good investment toward our dream of becoming parents!

Sorry for writing a late review. I bought this medicine as I was sure that it will help me. however, it didn't help me. I was depressed as why after so many good reviews this product didn't work out.The company should take this into account and act accordingly, as after all this is all about health and no one can play around.
