almost like a buzz cut in the back
I have been using ORS Normal No-Lye Relaxer for over 6 years, never had a problem. I used their new "New Growth" relaxer 2 weeks ago, and my hair FELL OUT!! I had to cut my hair real short, almost like a buzz cut in the back. I have called the company headquarters a few times, left a voicemail, no one has returned my call yet! Ladies, if you love your hair, don't buy this product!

SMOOTH DELIVERY
I think this perm is great. The instructions were easy to follow. It worked better than I thought at relaxing my hair. I am post menopausal and relaxers do not really take well in my hair, but this one did. I will by this product from now on . Not only did it relax my hair well, it is lasting longer with a nice smoothness that I can comb thru without my hair shedding and coming out on me. I would highly recommend it!!!!
