Unique insites into the Checker vehicles.
There are not as many reviews as I was hoping for, but I suppose not many magazines reviewed them. There are enough though, to get a sense of what Checker was about, and an idea of what it is like to drive them. They really were remarkable vehicles that deserved more sucess in the private sector.This book makes me wish I had looked into getting one years ago, when they were still dirt cheap.

limited usefulness
Its OK. Lacks detail as its reprinted road tests of the period. wouldn't bother buying it again.
