I like this thumb splint. It has helped with my trigger thumb. I sleep in it at night and it's great. No issues at all, my thumb is not as stiff when I wake up in the morning. I like the cold pack; I threw it in the freezer for a few hours and it was good to go. This makes it SO much easier to ice my thumb; the shape and velcro keep the pack in the correct position. I have not tried to heat it up to use as a heat pack. I would buy again.

I have stage 4 arthritis in my thumbs and was looking for a thumb brace that covers my thumb as well as the thumb base. This product seems to cover those requirements. The thumb section is quite tight and can't be adjusted. Once on my hand, it's quite awkward for me to use my computer mouse. The rest of the time, it does provide good support.

The splint arrived even faster than I expected, so the service/seller was great. I think the splint does as much as any splint can, until I can get a steroid injection. Due to COVID, my hand surgeon cannot see me. The reason that I chose this particular splint, is because of the hot/cold pack that came with it. I do wish that it had included a picture of how the cold pack goes on the finger. I did finally figure it out. It works much better than holding a larger ice pack on. It can be loosely secured with the attached velcro. All in all, it's a great deal, for a good price. Oh, I do think that the thumb portion may be too small for a person with a large hand/thumb. I wish that that part was also adjustable. It barely fits my thumb, and I am a female with average sized hands. Thanks!

Thimb is sewn too tight and this brace just does not work. Waste of money

Effective, but hot and sweaty! This is definitely one of the more comfortable braces I’ve bought. However it is really hot and there’s no breathing. So my thumb just sweats. It’s also way too long. I’d like to see the tip of my thumb but the photos provided by the manufacturer are actually very accurate. The fun part of this is very long. I gave up wearing it and bought something simpler.

Wow! Instant relief and I am amazed at how well the tiny heat cold compress works! This is a great splint & my only advise would be you might want to put a bandaid on the top of your thumb because it might rub against the brace a bit.

I have had two different trigger thumb splits and a trigger thumb ring - (don't get they are painful) before I found this one. I am so glad I found this because it is the only one that fit correctly, immobilized my whole thumb, and was very comfortable. The one down side to this brace is it will smell after a few days of continues use. It is washable and holds up well after washing (washed 3 times so far).

When I first put this on… I thought “this thing is so tight, even a child would be uncomfortable”. However.. after about 5 minutes, I realized my thumb joint no longer hurt… and it wasn’t from having my circulation strangled LOL. It gave great support and restricts pretty much all of my thumb movement. My only complaint is after about a month of wearing it, the part that wraps around your wrist kind of lost its tightness.
