What the Raspberry should have been
This little device is replacing in my house my old Raspberry 3, a NodeMCU, zigbee hub, and an outdated NAS. I bought the RockPi together with the tall aluminium case and NVMe adapter. The RockPi serves primarily as my hassle.io server, controls all the Tasmota devices in my house including the ws2812b light strip directly attached to its IO, as a zigbee hub with a USB dongle and finally as my NAS/uPnP server all in a tiny passively cooled cube. In my opinion its superior to the RB in terms of speed and reliability. I am booting debiam from a 32GB eMMC and have all files on an nVME SSD, no more corrupted SD cards to worry about.
