I have now owned this product for over a month, and i have used it enough to now be able to give a review. I overall think this is a great product. I use in my workouts, and i have noticed an improvement in my posture while working out. I also feel that this is helping since it does cause me to sweat a lot more than I normally will during a workout. I like the construction of the product, and there has been no fraying, or any kind of deterioration with daily use. The cleaning is also very simple.

I am 5' 11" tall and weigh 210 lbs. I ordered an x-large vest. I had to hold it together so my wife could help me zip it up. I thought I should have ordered a bigger size, but it was actually comfortable to wear and felt great during my work out. It did not shift during my weight routine and felt good while I used the elliptical machine and the stationary bike. It has a great sweat factor and that was the main reason I purchased the vest.

I ordered Sweat Vest for my husband and he loves it..wears it to work, to ride his bike and to workout at home. Can't shut up about how the sweat wets his underwears too! The product is comfortable doesn't bunch up on him or rolls up and best part is there isn't any annoying uncomfortable Velcro!!! Will definitely purchase one for myself!!! :-)

This sauna vest seems to be very well made. Nice solid zipper, inner flap on zipper to protect your skin, snug (compression) fit. After reading reviews I did buy one size larger than I normally wear and it fit great. Also, several reviewers said it was hard to zip up, I agree, so I just zip it up about 1/3 of the way, pull it over your head like a t-shirt and zip it the rest of the way up afterwards. Problem solved! Really makes me sweat, the compression seems to help me lower back while lifting weights and cardio exercises, I say (for me) it’s an A!

I like to go to the gym but no matter which one I go to they always seem to be too cold. I would like to work up a sweat when I work out so I got this vest. I'm 6' tall and 200 lbs. I got an XL and it fits like a glove. Zipper is on the left side so that takes a little getting used to but after some time on the treadmill and bike I can work up a good sweat with this vest. It's neoprene so very comfortable to wear and sleeveless so you can't even see it under my workout shirt. Highly recommended if you want to burn some calories during your workout.

My husband ordered this vest because he wanted something that would cover more than just his waist. It fit perfectly to his t-shirt size which was a medium. For sweating it did help him sweat but not as much as other waist bands he has used. However, he wanted something more than just his waist which was why he looked for this vest. After about two weeks he did start to get a small reaction between his shoulder blades. Nothing big but you can see slight redness and small tiny bumps. I always say never to take much into consideration on reviews where people say “DO NOT USE!” BECAUSE everyone’s skin is different. Not everyone will get that reaction. I would say YES this is a good purchase for an all over vest!

Finding the right fit has become a huge challenge on the on-line shopping. After review many products similar and owner stating it was to small went size WAAYYY UP.....big mistake. I own a shirt w/o zipper XL, great fit for 43 chest 33 waist.....freakin hard time taking it off......hence the zipper at XXL. TOOO LARGE. Once it goes on sale I'll get another one LARGE. The product does make you sweat!!!!

It’s light weight, makes me sweat, price is fine.My only issue is that even I bought size L and i have plenty space for my tummy, it’s small for my chest but it’s not really uncomfortable.
