The VGA port did not work out of the box and the HDMI port quit working after 3 weeks. Tech support asked me to try 8 different things. They sent me a new docking station that is working as advertised.

I put this in my backpack when I travel with my Macbook M1, just in case I run into a projector or other device I need to connect quickly. For daily use I found the !Vanky hub to be a much more elegant solution.

This is a great dock. Plenty of visual outputs, easy to use. Doesn’t take up much space on the desk and has a clean and simple appearance. Has non slip pads on the top for you to rest the laptop and the bottom so it doesn’t slide on your desk. Also has a rest for a tablet. I use this when I work from home so it is a seamless transition, I plug in the one cord and all my peripherals work. However, my husband has multiple monitors, and more powered devices than this dock has ports. When he tries to use them all the dock has some trouble. For me it is 5 stars across the board, for someone who is using it for more advanced purposes, they may want to try it out first, as it is a bit expensive at $100 or so.

This gives the Apple notebook user all the things that you need the only modification that I've done this put Velcro on the device and on the bottom of the Apple notebook so it'll travel without falling off everywhere I need to go the factory should offer the Velcro interconnect feature that way they can hook it up and leave it on the bottom of the computer like it belongs there if it needs to come off with Velcro you just pull it off

Have been working with it for 3 months. Solid docking station. Contact support to find out if there was a cable I could use to extend it. They were fast to reply. Unfortunately there is not. My only complain is that the cable from the docking station to the computer is too short for me.

I've tried about 3 docking station before this one and haven't liked any until this. Works perfectly for me, I'd order again.

I got this device because the idea of having this unit under my laptop and easily plug other devices seemed like a great one!However, reality kicks in immediately. The laptop just moves all over and it's hard to get a stable positioning. I stop putting it under the laptop but it takes a lot of space, so I ended up buying a different one that just sits on the table by itself.

Está muy bien el docking, es pequeño y cabe en donde sea y funciona muy bien, todas las pantallas fueron funcionales, el único problema es que la entrada del VGA no tiene las entradas de los pernos y queda flojo, pero si no lo mueves está muy bien

Rubber footpad peeled off within 48 hours. Port selection is just okay, especially as Apple has moved to usb-c format.I’ll use it, but I’d not recommend it and won’t buy it again for my other 2 laptops.

El producto llegó mucho más rápido de lo esperado. Luce de buena calidad, pero no funcionó con ninguna de mis dos laptops (una Core i7 de 8ª gen y otra Core i7 de 10ª gen). Investigando a fondo, yo diría que lo del modo DP Alt Mode está asociado específicamente a puertos USB3.2 Gen2, es decir, si los puertos USB-C de tu máquina son USB3.2 Gen1 (como resulto ser el caso de mis máquinas), no te va a funcionar el video con este Docking. Ojalá la información del producto fuera más clara al respecto. Afortunadamente puedo hacer devolución con Amazon, inclusive de la garantía extendida que había comprado para este producto.
