Hello!For one, turning Acrylic is NOT LIKE TURNING WOOD. I didn't know-just jumped right in. It smells, it catches, it chips, it's hot and it is what everyone around you will want when you first start turning.That being said, it's nothing against this product. It would be like getting mad at a snake because it doesn't have any legs. It is what it is. As far as a variety pack of cool acrylic colors, this pack is awesome. I enjoyed taking it around to my family members and asking them to pick out their favorite 5 to see if there were some that were more liked than others. There are :-) I recommend doing this if you move to buying specific acrylics or you want to sell them.Anyway, the blocks are a good size for making almost any pens you would want and they are very well made. I don't like turning acrylic and I give these a 5 star rating. Wonderful product at a very good price.

I have bought 2 of these, they seem really nice but I have had trouble turning them, almost on every one I have had trouble with the ends while turning they come out kinda melted scratched looking. I have tried all kinds of things, I believe the problem is the mixture, they get really hot when turning, I bought another mixed bag from penstate industries and I have had no issues with theres

Not much of an assortment, 4 blue, 2 orange, 2 yellow, 2 green, 2 black.Blanks seem fine otherwise

I was hesitant at first to purchase but after I received the product the mix was great and the quality of the blanks was first rate. Good variety and color mix. will deffinatley order again.
