A problem I thought I would never have on Amazon
Are you sitting. My biggest complaint with this order is there are only 5 stars, I wish there were 10. This product is heavy duty enough to workout with. Heavy and strong. The hooks aren't any laughing matter either. About the hooks, if whatever you are going to hang doesn't have a large hole to hang from these hooks wont work for you but separate hooks will work just great. I wish I had found this a couple of years ago, it would have saved my old fat butt hanging a rack from the ceiling. I would have needed 3 of these but it would have been worth it. I wouldn't have got my old fat body up to hang a rack from the ceiling. Great rack.

Nice look but not as described
While I love the look, the screws that were sent did not fit into the anchors so we had to use something else to install it. Also, the rack is not long enough to fit all 8 hooks without the cups banging into each other. The product description says it is 17" long but it is only 12". Unfortunately I can only use 5 hooks which is very disappointing especially if I have company over. Still, will be using it for my coffee bar.

Perfect sign addition
This was the perfect addition to my wine/coffee bar sign. Very sturdy and holds my mugs securely and safely.

Included wall anchors are junk/quality less than stellar for the price
After making large (by my home decorating standards) holes in by walls for the included wall anchors and tapping them in, I could see they weren't going to stay where they were supposed to be. There's no little "lip" that stays over the outer edge of the hole to rest on the drywall like a normal wall anchor does. Two of the three anchors are inside the wall currently, and the one that stayed put is not holding the screw tightly, so this very simple project has turned into waiting two days to be able to get to a hardware store to purchase different wall anchors and larger screws. The quality of the hooks is variable, as some are good and a couple have the ball on the top attached poorly and the paint doesn't quite cover. Definitely not worth what I paid for it, but I'm choosing to keep it because it's essentially the look I want for the space it's in.

Great Mug Display!
I initially purchased just one of these. But a lot of my favorite coffee mugs are very large, so I decided to purchase another. The first one I drilled right into the studs, super sturdy! The second one I drilled into the dry wall because I wanted them side by side, that gave me more issues. After adding my own dry wall anchors I am confident that it is sturdy. I love being able to display my favorite mugs! Would definitely recommend!

Adhesive does not last, ufortunately
I really liked this—it was compact enough to not clutter up my kitchen, but large enough to hold multiple mugs, which cleared valuable cabinet space. The construction seems very sturdy; the bar and hooks are well-made. However, I wasn't about to drill into tile to affix this, so I opted to use the adhesive. I followed the directions explicitly; they indicated to wait 24 hours after mounting for the adhesive to cure. I waited 36. The hold lasted for two weeks, then all the mugs came crashing down. Additionally, I only had six mugs on it. It is supposed to hold more, so there is no way the adhesive came unstuck due to too much weight. Without the lasting functionality of the adhesive, this coffee mug rack is useless.

Not what I thought
Buyer beware. The picture they use to display coffee cups are espresso cups, not coffee mugs. I had hoped to use all eight hooks to hang my coffee mugs but no can do. Unless you like an over packed junky look. Really disappointed. Im still debating on sending it back

Just What We Hoped For!
We were doing all sorts of research to find some sort of unit to hang our decorative mugs on. The space is smallish, and we wanted something we could trust to hold up. As you can see from the pic, we trust it to hold the mugs AND dry our pan hanging from it! Solid materials, simple, easy to put up (my husband had the drill to make it happen in a flash). It's simple, sturdy, just what we wanted.

Won't fit 8 cups as show...max on 17" holder
It's a good solid build...hooks don't lock in place and always fall off when taking a mug off...and not a chance off fitting 8 coffee mugs on the 17" unit...only fits 5 coffee mugs.
