Guess what? IT’S NOT VELLUM! Product description is incorrect: it’s not cardstock/translucent, it’s cardstock/opaque! This is a horrible discovery when on a project deadline. How hard is it for a paper manufacturer to use proper nomenclature for paper products?!?! Gotta revise my design now, and race around town to source replacement paper. Ugh!

I don't think the seller knows there's a difference between vellum and translucent.The good: arrived on time, was the color we expected.The Bad: was not translucent, was not even vellum. (Vellum just means smooth. The paper had a rough texture. Translucent means partially see through.)We ended up having to change our designs around because we didn't have time to send it back and get new paper.

It is not translucent. I should have read the reviews. I trusted the description - they clearly describe this stock as translucent, suitable for overlays. I have used that type of vellum for my alcohol ink and needed a new supply. This, however, is just plain opaque white card stock. Simply not what they say it is - and it appears that informing Amazon of this is not resulting in a correction. Returns in cases like this are a pain... so unnecessary...

I guess it's my own fault but I assumed that all vellum paper was transparent. This was not. I should have known from the price, seemed too good to be true. I didn't return the product because amazon charges a few dollar to return so I bit the bullet and kept it. It's a nice paper so I'll use it for something, not what I wanted.

When I ordered this paper I expected it to be translucent like regular vellum. This paper was a big disappointment. . I would return it but Amazon says I will only get back about $5. Half of what I paid. Maybe if the paper was displayed outside the package my choice would have different. Now have 50 sheets of paper I cannot use.

I chose this paper after my first choice—same brand in a darker color—didn’t work. The texture is wonderful, the print shows clearly and the (professional) printer was able to print my programs quickly.

I was hoping this paper was more translucent as vellum usually is. But, I guess the fact that this is 'Bristol Cardstock' means it is more opaque than vellum.Other than that, it is a nice quality and color.

I like your card stock. The colors are very bright and bold. I belong to an organization which uses Goldenrod and Royal Blue are their colors. I wish that more than 50 sheets were solds at once!!

We use cardstock to make product description tags for items we create from upcycled wool garments. Since we have several products it's important to be consistent with colour. It's been really difficult to purchase a larger quantity of cardstock in single colours without having to purchase a pack of assorted colours with 10 sheets per colour but we're very happy with this product! The colour matched exactly what was presented on screen, it was readily available through Amazon, and is perfect for our purposes.

Iten arrived very warped, and not because it was stuffed in a mailbox. (Delivered on doorstep.)Purchased these to paint on with gouache, and I cannot sell anything painted on these. Very disappointed.May be ok if you plan on using glue to flatten.. but I mean... why take the chance.

As expected. Would buy again.

Lovely paper but I wanted a paper that was a little more translucent. Good quality so I am still able to use for my projects.
