Having installed both wind and solar systems, learned a lot at at an expense that simply - that whilst more batteries = more power storage, if the batteries and even the best that you can buy (Lead AGM not talking Lithium) are unbalanced or mismatched then very quickly you see over charged and under charged batteries in a simple 4 X 12V (=48v) battery bank. Before you know it you are replacing batteries regularly.Couple this with possibly one battery charging quicker / discharging quicker than the others your 48V can rise and fall at the rate of one battery when the system is build for 4 - so charge controllers are turning on and off very regularly and you are not gaining the benefit of a battery storage system correctly.This simple battery equalizer balances the batteries perfectly. Is a huge amount cheeper than buying new batteries. Takes 5 mins to install and simply 'works'.Fully recommended.

Easy installation and does exactly what it's supposed to do with a nice clear digital display

This item does work, price is decent, would have loved if there was a version which had bluetooth.

I have 4 x 12v batteries in a simple 4s configuration to give 48 volts.The Equalizer's four ports connected to the 4 batteries, black negative, red positive all the way across. A smart ten year old could wire it.It didn't work. The highest battery maintained 12.2 volts and the lowest 11.9I tried a full 24 hour charge and discharge cycle. I tried it with the bank all disconnected.The batteries stayed out of balance. IT DIDNT WORK.

Had 24v lawnmower with 2 x 12v 15ah agm batteries. Balance was out by almost 1v and unit fixed this within 1 day.

I have 4 x 115AH leisure batteries in series / parallel. The lower ones were 0.5V lower than the higher ones, so not charging fully. This little box fixed it perfectly!

I have purchased 6 of these in total, 4 from Amazon and 2 from other sellers.One of those from other sellers was dead on arrival - one Led glows dimly and it does nothing other than get warm - which is unusual - working ones stay cool.One of those from Amazon failed catastrophically after a few minutes - smoke and sparks!Hence overall a 33% failure rate out of the box.If you get a working one they definitely do their job!Bearing in mind the experience with the smoke and sparks one - I would definitely NOT recommend connecting one of these directly across a battery without some protection present such as a fuse! Fuses in the positive and mid-point leads should suffice but when selecting fuses beware that battery systems can output very large currents into a fault and the fuses must be rated to break this.

I installed this device as per instructions, after a day of use it started smoking luckily I was there and I pulled it off and didn't set on fire my battery bank inverter charge controller and all the rest of the equipment. I will ask for a refund maybe it was just a faulty device I don't know....Before I installed it. It was 0.1 v difrence between the batteries now when it burnt it was 0.3v difrence so it was t working properly.

Prodotto davvero eccezionale, bilancia le batterie in maniera perfetta, utilizzato per delle lifepo4 in serie praticamente risultano assolutamente bilanciate alla perfezione, da menzionare anche l'assistenza veramente di qualità, rispondono velocemente a tutte le domande e aiutano a risolvere tutti gli eventuali problemi, davvero top!!!

Es perfecto, ecualiza la bateria de menor voltaje indicando con led verde la bateria que recibe tension, y ecualiza en todo momento, es decir, aunque no reciba tension de los paneles solares coge la tension de la bateria que mas tension tiene y lo pasa a la otra para igualar las dos, ojala dure mucho tiempo.
