Shipping was great. They ship with UPS, not regular mail. Very nice packaging. I uploaded a video of the unboxing. I hope it uploaded.2.The battery is NOT used! It is brand new!!!! (Someone posted the inside of the battery that attaches to the inside* of the machine and said it was used but it is NOT, the posted photos of the inside of the battery 🤦🏾).3. As a professional and licensed cosmetologist, I will say before you rate products with bad reviews please learn how to actually use these machines properly with some sort of classes. Even get licensed first atleast as an esthetician in skin care.4. The needle is amazing and shades very very well. There are several adjustments for the needle so that it can be positioned further out if you like.The needle does not come sticking out!As a safety precaution so you do not poke yourself when removing them.They must be adjusted out of the needle with the machine adjustment dial for needle.If you open it and just start using it, the needle is not out. Therefore it wont shade anything if the needle is still inside. Lol.5. As a professional it doesn't matter what needle you use....You should be trained to do a great job regardless what needle you use. You should always deliver great results.Be patient and not rush through anything!I take my time blending.I spend atleast an hour per brow for precise blending, regardless what brand needle I use.6. It comes with 2, 1P needles. I was worried it wasn't going to come with needles but thankfully it did because all of the needles that you can purchase seperately are all sold out. Thats how great these needles are. 💛It does not come with safety cartridge needles in the box (but they do sale them seperately if you like), but honestly...there is no opening in this machine or cartridge for ink or blood to go inside of the machine to begin with.It is very nicely built! There is a long plastic piece that goes inside of the machine that blocks any ink or blood from going inside if the machine. That is why this machine must AND ONLY* can be used with the cartridges from the actual company it came from.Any other needle you try to use will not fit and also is not built safetly to even go with the actual machine.I love that....Because it actually guarantees the product as a whole if something happens to it, they will know its from THERE* companies cartridge.Great for the warranty.And also....You shouldn't really be drawing alot of blood from the client anyways.That creates alot of scar tissue and will cause bad healing as a result of to much scar tissue. And the pmu will not heal correctly if your making the client bleed causing scar tissue.Be gentle. Take your time...do not rush.Adjust the needle and be sure you are aware of your clients skin type and skin thickness and sensitivity. 💛You should be using a topical anesthetic that numbs the area and also prevents bleeding. So bleeding shouldn't really be happening anyways with a good topical anesthetic.7. Even after using it for 4 hours it does not overheat at all. Not even warm. 💛8. I inserted photos.The top single brow is a combo of micorblading and light shading with a actual single needle in the manual microblading holder. (Not the machine).The second row is microshading only with the machine. 💛The third row is microblading and microshading with the machine. 💛Thank you M, pmu supplies.Beautiful product.I just have to be sure to stock up on needles because they always sale out. 😂.But that's what happens when a company has good products! 💛Also, Im sure this company has a great ink, but the ink I use is from ScalpaBrow in the shade, "African King".The consistency is great but very expensive and mlre of a salon product.I would love to give this company's ink a try also...as i am greatly impressed with the machine and needles. Beside buying the Intelli Machine that they listed. I bought this one to do the ombré powder brows. This pen is so Convenience, it’s WIRELESS ! That means i don’t have to do eyebrows with wires. But it also work with wires. So i’ve been using it for a week now. The battery lasted very well. I have 3 clients a day so its perfect. They also sell extra battery just in case you want to have extra. I like to be extra so i will be buying that.

First of all, it is beautiful peice with reasonable price , it runs so quietly and smoothly for hours of working without getting tired. The machine is so gentle on the skin that your clients will love it and they’ll heal faster. It comes with two rechargeable batteries so that you can use one while the other is charging. Additionally, the kit includes pre-sterilized cartridge needles.

Came packaged nice.. the battery piece looks a lil words like it’s old or something but I plan on charging and using it wirelessly so it’s ok I guess... only thing is when I attach the wireless piece it’s longer than the space allowed in the box so I will have to break down the pen when putting it back up🤦🏽‍♀️.. I will update after use so far it gets 4 ⭐️

Best one I have used ever. I have Nouveau Contour and this one is quieter and less vibration. Love this pen... also I did notice that the needles absorbed more pigment than other needles. Not sure if it because of the motor or what but this pen is simple, affordable price and works great to end with results that are smooth and even.

The media could not be loaded. My brow instructor sells this model under her brand for $200. She’s an AMAZING, well known, seasoned brow artist. I was excited to order because I received a very cheap machine with another class I took. When I first used it, it worked beautifully and I was happy with the results. Then all of a sudden I heard a click and the cartridge wouldn’t take in any pigment. I changed the cartridge 3 times, still wouldn’t work. I’m sending it back.

I was a little skeptical about this one but I fell in love after the first use. Cordless future is great. I’ve used it almost 5 hours at the time and battery was still working just fine. Great machine for the price.
