I replaced the single overhead light bulb in my garage with this fixture. It was a matter of simply screwing it in. Easy peasey. Easily adjusted each paddle’s light direction and VOILA! Bright clear illumination of the entire garage. With this fixture’s light, even Mr Magoo could see and find things with no problems.

Wow! The light this gives off is fantastic. Now I can see in my attic so well that I have no excuse to not clean it out. Grrr :/

I bought this for my sweet mother-in-law, who has gradually lost her vision over time, and requires an extremely well-lit space in every room. While this light worked well, it burned our way too early. LED lights are always “marketed” as having up to ten times the life of an incandescent bulb… not the case here. I don’t mind paying a premium for a high value product, but this fell short of value.

I bought a set of four Dansny 60W LED lamps to replace the existing fluorescent lights in my garage. Before installing them, I was working in my back yard after the sun had gone down. Since I needed some light to finish my work by, I decided to temporarily use one of these LED garage lights outdoors a test of their brightness. I hooked one up to an extension cord and turned it on. Yikes! I thought a nuclear bomb had just exploded! The entire back yard lit up like daylight. Neighbors gasped in horror. Women grabbed their crying children from their yards and ran screaming inside. The local fire department called and asked if my house was on fire. Sunflowers whipped around to face the new bright light. My lawn instantly grew an inch. My neighbor’s solar panel began to overload his electrical system. Off in the distance, dogs howled. I put on sunglasses and got my yard work done.Despite using 2700-lumen fluorescent light bulbs in my garage fixtures, I never had enough light for workshop and automotive projects. Upgrading to these 9000-lumen LED panels made all the difference. Installation involved removing the four 48” fluorescent fixtures and replacing them with porcelain sockets. In two cases, I had to replace the standard electrical boxes with octagon ceiling boxes to fit the round porcelain sockets. Then, it was a simple matter of screwing in the new lights. I chose to keep the panels flat in a disc shape and have kept it that way with no problems.At first, my wife and I found the new lights were too bright to directly look at but it didn’t take long to get out of that habit. Now, we don’t even notice them but really do appreciate the overall brightness of the garage. The lights have been in service for six months now and none of them have had any issues. I am happy with the purchase.

I bought these lights for my husband for Cmas. Our garage was so dark with the fluorescents and in winter it took forever for them to get bright. He surprised me today and installed these. BAM!! Sooooo bright! And it’s immediately bright. Hope they last!
