I took the whole bottle as directed, and even with diet and exercise it made no difference in my blood glucose numbers. Actually my blood sugar was marginally higher with this supplement.

It has long been known that cinnamon can be used to mitigate blood glucose levels. That being said, it is NOT a magic bullet. These pills are an aid in glucose stabilization ONLY if used in combination with a low carb diet. To believe that you can take one of these pills with an "eat all you want of what you want" meal is not only self-deception, but if you are a diabetic it is a prescription for oncoming disaster. Diabetes must be managed with carb reduction, based on a reasonable eating plan. There's a lot of good data to back this up. If you're in doubt, do some research on Intermittent Fasting and Keto. The pills will help you, but they won't cure you...only sensible, responsible eating will.

I have been on this for 3 weeks now. I really can’t say to much as I want to keep it up for 3 months until I go back to the doctor for bloodwork. My glucose has been rising for no reason. So I am trying something to see if I can lower it. I sure hope it works and will update in March

This product caused major stomachdistress. Threw it out. Should havereturned it. Expensive!!!Very disappointed.

The review has to do with labeling. Which is wrong. I can't find the way to ask the company. The product is probably fine, fine if not VERY expensive. And more so if the label is wrong.The bottle recommends 1 capsule 2x a day. But the serving size is 2 caps a serving giving you (among other things) 500mg of Berberine. So 1 capsule (take as directed) is only 250mg. Two times a day that's 500mg.The recommended does in all the literature I have seen is between 900-1500mg a day. Generally taken in 2-3 does before meals.So the bottle recommends not taking enough. which means you would have to take 2, 2x a day to get the min effective dose. Or basically double the cost. If people that one stared the product followed the directions they were under dosing.OR the bottle is a misprint... So which is it. 1 cap for 500mg or 2. If it's 2 your doseing instructions will lead to no effect and a waste of money.

With this and a healthy has lowered my blood sugar. It took until week four of taking this supplement when boom, blood sugar levels lower then ever.

I bought this product because I was curious on whether it work. I am proud to say that I will be purchasing this product again. I usually have an issue with elevated sugar level talking to my doctor along with taking my metformin my levels of very control this is a must have product.

I like all the products from this line that I’ve tried. Trying to keep numbers down and I feel better.
