I got this as a gift for my 10 year old grandson - he thinks it is great. It is sturdy but portable.

Really cannot fault for the price.If it was 3 times as much I might expect more intricate carving and if you look v closely you may want a more consistent finish but this is being very picky.I bought for the pieces for another small travel set and where this may fall down a little is the board. Mine all lines up perfectly etc but is a little thin and if I was using it for a holiday set etc I'd probably put a coat of varnish on itPieces are stable, everything all bagged up including a bag that protects the board/case

A good quality board, good size and quality materials. My only disappointment (and my own fault) was this came up when I searched draughts boards and assumed it had both sets of pieces which it didn’t (and nor did the description purport to either) so maybe something to add to enhance!Good board though, if had draughts pieces would have been 5 star 🤣

Figures are a bit too thin. They don't have a good balance and fall down. The rest is OK.

Overall a fantastic product. We would highly recommend....The Cheap price does not reflect the quality of the product in anyway.The pieces, like others have said are a little on the light side, but in saying that We've played several games and none have fallen over...Each set of pieces have an individual bag to store them in, and a bag for the whole set to go in, with handles making it easy to transport around.The packing that it arrived in was of high quality as seen in the pictures.

A good beginner’s set. Some of the pieces could be a little better defined and it can be fiddly storing the pieces in the folding board as there isn’t much depth to the storage space.
