Baldwin Oil Filter, Spin-On, Full-Flow

I have a 1963 ford 4000 couldn't find a filter this one works.

Jeep wj with the 4.7 engine, this is the 3rd time am using this filter, its bigger than stock and looks like it do better filtration, very recommended

I just like it because it’s a bigger filter so I figure hold more dirt effectively for longer life versus the regular size filter even though I still change my oil when I’m supposed to with synthetic. Use this instead of 090 mopar. That is actually the filter I use if I can’t get this one.

I have been buying Baldwin B2 oil filters for over 30 years. One of the best filters for the money. Not any more. They were made in Nebraska. Now made in Morocco. If you put the USA made one next to the Morocco made one not the same internally and externally. The outside appears to be painted over a black filter. And poorly done at that. Then there is the way Amazon mishandled the filters. Multiple dents in both of them. They ship them in a unpadded envelope instead of a box like they used to. Maybe they did me a favor. I wouldn't use these subpar filters anyway.

Currently have this on my 4.7L Dodge Durango, fits real nice with no modifications. Just have to add an extra half quart or so to accommodate this filter being a bit bigger.

1835c gas great fit

We run a 15 kw diesel genset at our remote Canadian fishing lodge in Canada for 24/7 power and one thing you do not want to do is blow up a $10,000 Cummins / Onan diesel genset with a lube problem. With this thing built with Kubota's reliable diesel engine and running 24/7 for 10 days at a time I want to trust that it will not fail us. I've used Baldwin filters for a number of years and they work just fine and do the job. Originally the factory filters were shorter Fleetguard filters which were just fine however the dealer had us switch from the 3 inch or so long one to one that was about 4 inches long so we'd get a bit more filter media in use. Now I've switched to these B2 filters with exactly the same canister diameter, thread, gasket and internal valve set up BUT it is twice as long and gives more filtration. More square inches = less crud collected over 10 days per square inch and therefore a better filtering job. This is based on over 20 years of running these things and multiple generators with well over 24,000 hours of running on each. Just make sure to get the right filter for your application and Baldwin won't let you down!

Was the right filter for my machine no hassle

Seems well made. Looks like a good quality filter with very positive reviews. I’ve always used Wix so we'll see.
