So glad they had this in an extra small. It's a little big on a kid who wears size 8, but still works and he has room to grow into it. The small was way too large for us as we tried it on in the store, but they didn't have extra small, which I found here. I was surprised at the great quality which makes the price more acceptable. It will be worn throughout the Fall and Winter and perhaps next year as well. The hood can zip over the face with mesh panels for seeing and breathing, though they are not necessarily and ideal way to move about the world, but could be fun with friends or Halloween. Unzips into regular hood.

I had a hard time sizing this, not knowing if I was shopping adult or youth sizes, but I was able to piece it together by reading other reviews. You are shopping adult sizes! I ordered the x-small for my 9 year old's birthday. He is about 53" tall and is a beanpole - short for his age but quite skinny. Although the x-small was big on him, it is the perfect size so he can get some use out of this sweatshirt. He loves the hood zipped up - the look on his face was priceless and I consider it well worth the purchase price. The zipper is smooth, material is good quality. You're definitely paying for the name, but the quality is a lot better than some of the low-cost sweatshirts available at the big box stores. A good value for the price, and a great gift for any Minecraft fan!

I’d purchased this exact jacket for my oldest like 8 years ago. Now his brother is obsessed with Minecraft- so we ordered one for him. It took 2 months to get here and is way too small- despite following the sizing guides. The zipper on the hood is weird and doesn’t go all the way up without twisting half of the face in the process. Saved it for a Christmas present and extremely disappointed in the quality compared to previous ones we’ve purchased. If returning wasn’t such nightmare I’d send it back immediately.

I bought the extra small for a slim, tall 5 year old. It seems like it will fit him for a while. Lightweight and layer able with fun detailing on the side and zipper. It's a nice summer jacket and could be layered for winter.On a side note, the styling is awesome. They hood fits snugly over the face but gets pretty hot. Also, be careful if your kid has longish hair, as they'll zip it right up.Overall, it's a win. My son was sooooo excited to get this after seeing a kid at his camp wear one. I really have not seen him more grateful for a gift ever in his little life. He ran and hugged me when he saw it. And this for a piece of clothing??? If your kid is into Minecraft, they'll love you for this.

This was much smaller than the measurements on the size chart and it is not returnable. My grandson has a chest measurement of 22" and an extra small is 32" I thought it was going to be too big, but he could hardly zip up the mask. I will definitely not buy from this vendor again. What a waste. Very unhappy.

Great quality. It is thick and seems to be made well. You can find cheaper versions at Target, but the quality does not seem as good.

I accidentally got two of these we ordered the adult med. It was to large for my 7year old,BUT it fits me. Very Cool. So I ordered the XS and it is a little big but perfect to be a CREEPER for Halloween, so we are a pair of creepers this year, it will afford some room to use for a couple of years so if you have an average 7-8 year old they will love it. Very soft well made and great bright color and we love them.

My grandson is thrilled with his Minecraft hoodie! The first thing he did was zip the hood up over his face and his friends were quite impressed!It was shipped promptly and we received it in two days. I ordered the adult Xsmall after reading other comments posted by purchasers and the fit was perfect. Normally, my grandson wears a medium in boys sizing, but many complained that the hood was too tight. Since zipping the hood up is the most important part of the jacket's appeal to a boy, I am very pleased with my choice of size. The jacket length was fine and the sleeve cuff rolls back nicely, which made the sleeve length perfect as well. As his arms grow it will still fit for quite some time which is a bonus considering the price of the Hoodie!
