Absolutely worthless for sighting in do not buy
I have a 6.5 MPR I just bought and went out on my porch to get it somewhat on target with this bore sight. I've used bore sights before and have had good luck with them however this one is terrible. It is not 6.5CM it's mabey 6 instead. This bore sight would not let my bolt lock it into place to start. Also the size is to small so it wobbles in the Chamber and will constantly shift your zero. I tried pushing the bolt forward to stop this with no luck. I also tried using my finger and thays when I figured out it doesn't seat correctly and is to small. Do not buy this at all.

Worked great until dropped.
Worked great until I dropped it on a hard (marble) surface from about 4'.While feeding the laser into the chamber of my rifle, mounted on a fully extended tripod, the laser dropped through the mag well and onto the floor. After that, the laser would not shine down the barrel; only a faint image came through. Outside of the rifle, the laser shined brightly. It seemed as if the laser was off-angle and reflecting off the barrel rather than pointing true to the muzzle. I checked the alignment of the laser (to the case) outside of the gun by rolling the laser on a fixed surface with corners and the laser pointer impact changed as I rolled the laser, showing that I had damaged it with a short drop. So....be careful if you get one.

Does the job
Good inexpensive product to quickly get your gun close to target, then just a few tweaks at the range and I was dialed in. Definitely saves on ammo and time, so I think that's a win win

Works great, much better than muzzle mount lasers.
This boresight works very well, IMHO much better than muzzle mounted lasers. I own several muzzle mount lasers and have had to spin them all in a lathe to get the beam colimnated properly. The maunfacturer may say they are adjusted in the factory however if you place a new muzzle mount laser boresight in the muzzle and then SPIN the laser in the muzzle you will see the laser spot on the target move in a circular pattern. This is not a good thing. If you don't adjust it so that the spot on the target remains stationary you will have major probelms sighting in correctly.
