Holographic Owl Bird Deterrent- Scares Birds Away from Buildings, patios, Balconies and Gardens

I was scooping up so much bird from the bottom of my pool everyday. I had to take inflatables out of the pool, pour bleach on them & hose them off. I bought holographic items from the dollar store to deter the birds. Helped a little for a couple of days. I doubted if this owl would work but to my surprise, we have not had bird poop in the pool & only twice on pool inflatables since We hung this on a clothesline next to the pool.

I liked the idea of perhaps shooing the birds away from my driveway, tired of all the waste they leave, and on my car. You provide the wire to hang it with if you're not just going to clip it somewhere. That's fine, I had the wire. I hung it from a tree next to the driveway. It seemed to work for a time. I think another along with this one might be more effective. May try that. I think the birds do stay away for a time, then maybe they get used to it and start doing their business in the area again. Anyway, I'd order it again, probably put them in a few different places.

If you are having problems with birds making a mess this product does its job.

I can’t say whether it works because it was a gift for a friend who needs to keep hawks away from her chickens. BUT, it is really hysterical looking. I may order one for myself just because it is fun to look at.

Works great and looks really cute on the end of our pier. So far, no seagulls!
