Good replacement but fell a little short on drops

This was fairly easy to install by myself. Looks pretty good. We have not had any rain yet so cannot speak to whether it is water resistant. It is not very heavy weight fabric so my guess isI will be replacing it before too many seasons pass by.It was a good value for the money and less than replacing the entire gazebo.

Durability not very good . Fades within two month. Have to replace after 4 months

Decent product, somewhat thin-ish, but you can expect approximately three years of service with this cover.

The three stars represents a realistic review based on realistic expectations 2 months after purchase. First, do not expect the same quality as the manufacturer's. The replacement canopy is thinner, and may fit more snug or more loose depending on your model. Once you temper your expectations you appreciate what is offered for the price.Pros:- It fits but imperfectly.Ours fit a tiny bit looser than the original but nothing to complain over.- The color is nice and accurate.- Does have Velcro fasteners, though given the thinness of the canopy, this may be the first part to tear later.- THE PRICE: CONSIDERING THAT my 10x10 canopy is no longer produced, and a comparable name brand replacement canopy is $149, in my mind this was a no-brainer. I do not expect for this to last more than 2 years, but given that my original tore after less than 4 years, I can buy another one and still be ahead more than $50. An honestly "good" (not great) product.

Was a bit tight for our canopy frame but overall it worked.

Well.. it fit and looks decent when the sun shines. A little rain and you may as well go inside. Has zero water resistance. Just water proofed it with a product that cost $75. We will see. The original canopy offered good protection from rain.
