It's great!
Using two hands, squeeze the cups and open the vise-like holder. Clip it on the perpendicular part of your chair or pole holder and you can keep two drinks or a drink and your phone. Awesome. It's kind of bulky, but I put it in my cooler for a day at the beach. Or just clip it to your bag or chair. I've tried so many different drink holders, due to the inadequate cup holder or cup size of the many chairs I've gone through. This works with everything now.

Just what we need
These was just what we needed on our wonderfold wagon that is a mobility device for our disabled son. Holds tight and hasn't dropped a cup yet, other cheaper cup holders did.

FINALLY a product that works on my rollator that has rectangular supports!!! Wasted more money than I care to count trying to find a cup holder that I could attach to my rollator!!! FIVE STARS!
