Highly Recommended for Mastectomy Patients
I highly recommend these forms for bilateral mastectomy patients! I ordered them because I wanted forms before the expensive (insurance covered) mastectomy bras and gel forms were available. I started wearing these about one month after surgery. I put them in a comfortable, stretchy, pull over bra that came with thin foam inserts (i.e. the Coobie bra). The bra has slits to remove the thin inserts. I can easily stuff these forms through the slits. The forms come with sticky strips, but they are not necessary with this type of bra. They hold their shape in soft bras unlike gel forms. They are very light and comfortable; I may never wear my gel forms. I am so happy with them that I ordered a second set so they can air dry after washing. The size chart on the package (pictured in the product photos) seems accurate. I was a size 36B which equates to a size 5 form. I ordered size 4 forms because I wanted them a little smaller, and they are the right size for me. Note that this item is only one form; you must order two to have a set. Some people mentioned an odor. I noticed a slight foam smell for about 2 days after I removed them from the packaging. If you are sensitive to odors, plan to air them out for a few days.

Great Mastectomy or lumpectomy Prosthesis.
Light weight- & stays cool. Much better than heavy silicone prosthesis. Works in bathing suits that have pockets too.

So far, so good
I recently had a mastectomy and am not sure I'm going to have reconstructive surgery yet or not. I ordered these thinking it came in packs of 2. They do not. Anyway, I tried on the one I got today. At first I thought it would be too big but it seems perfect. They are soft and lightweight. They are made of cotton, which is a plus for me.These say you can swim in them but I probably won't do that as I'm afraid they will pop out of my swimsuit or get too soggy or moldy. They come with several sheets of adhesive but I'm not sure I'll use them.

That Just Right Replacement Where and When Needed
Judy's doing this now. John would not know a breast form from a fishing form. I never thought I would be writing such a review; however, this is a strange new world for us for us to share. This whole routine began in March 2015 and after a full diagnosis by different doctors of different types, we removed a breast on 8-31-15. After a quick recovery and a few other visits to specialists, I was told I had Stage 1-B Cancer. They prescribed a few pills to be taken for 5 years and a new set of bras and forms. A new form cost my insurance company $350 and the bra was $45. My cost was zero since my deductible was fully satisfied on 9-1-15. I include those numbers only for informational purposes in case others may have to consider such a procedure later. I did not nor do not like my new form and opted to buy from Amazon this Braza Foam (5) and then a Braza (7) insert. The 7 is slightly larger and suits my needs better from a comparison basis. Thank goodness the cost of the Braza is modest and easy to try different sizes unlike the form I initially received from my specialty shop. The Braza weight is perfect for me as are the dimensions. If any reader should have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact me. I do not know all the answers, but when this began I did not know any answers and while my learning curve has been practically vertical, it has been a terrific learning experience.

Runs a little big
Bought this for my mom after she had a single mastectomy. She is a 34B in the remaining side and so I bought the “4”. It was a bit larger than we thought. Definitely a full B/C cup. It works if we put some padding in the other side to even it out. Foam material feel good and is light weight. Not an everyday wear for her, but maybe it will help under certain outfits. Keeping it for that reason.

I also asked my husband if they smelled to him because his smeller is not as good as mine and he agreed with me that they ...
These forms stink and I mean literally. As soon as I took them out of the package I was struck by the heavy chemical smell. I let them set for a few days while I was out of town thinking they just needed to air out. When I returned the closet had picked up the odor. There is no way I can wear these due to the chemical/straw smell (I know strange combination of smells). I also asked my husband if they smelled to him because his smeller is not as good as mine and he agreed with me that they need to be returned. As for whether they are as indicated on the Amazon site, I have no idea because I didn't try them on due to the odor and I did not want them anywhere near my skin. The label said they were from China.

Great alternative to heavy prosthetics!
This foam breast form is light weight and fits comfortably in regular bras or mastectomy bras. I use adhesive strips to attach the form to the inside of the bra. The foam form is so much more comfortable than heavy prosthetics. I am going to order several more! The size 5 is the right size for me. I wear 34C or 36B bras, depending on the manufacturer and style.

Great alternative to silicone breast forms after mastecomy
I'm so glad I found these foam breast forms. They fit perfectly in my post-mastectomy bras and are very comfortable! I found the silicone versions to be too heavy and they made me sweat causing welts and hives. These are very lightweight yet look just as realistic. Please note that these are not sold in pairs (some women only have one breast removed.) If you need a pair of breast forms, you have to order two.
