Once you get it figured out. The instructions are not in English. The pictures help some what. I am happy with it.

Sturdy and heavy duty delivered on time
Google the product number for instructions in English. All the lettering on the box is Asian. The item is heavy duty and easy to use. Guess the proof will be if my car is ever taken. It works well on a small car too.

Anti theft
No instructions for this unit, no set wrench, loose on steering wheel. Not what I expected from this company.

Chinese. Seems to work.
It appears to work in my 2002 Tacoma. Although, it doesn't fit Snug, it does appear to not be able to be removed by adjusting the steering wheel. I like that it came with 3 keys. No real instructions as I don't read chinese.
