Excellent!! Bose headphones are the best. Hands down (haha). Looks, feel and sound. Holds charge for a long time too. I highly recommend these headphones.

So far I really like them. Very comfortable, great sound quality and they look nice. I bought the refurbished ones and all function's work. They look like they are brand new.

Headphones work as advertised and are comfortable and produce both a very good sound and noise cancellation.

These Bose 700 headphones are supposed to be refurbished and excellent quality.Firstly, there were some weird stickers on the headphones over the Bose logo. Which I had to peel off and get the glue off them which was annoying.Secondly the case is some off brand hardshell case with no Bose branding on it.Thirdly they were defective because even at max level noise cancellation, I could still hear conversations clearly from halfway across the room. My partner had a pair of the silver ones and she tested them and confirmed that the ones I got through this retailer are defective. She could tell immediately.I will be returning these. And not sure if I wanna even bother with a replacement at this point because apparently excellent condition means nothing.TLDR;Buyer beware. Excellent condition means nothing to this seller.

I’ve wanted these particular headphones for some time but couldn’t justify until my older Bose wore out. Well, they never did, however there was a hostile takeover of my older QuietComforts and my daughter now has them. So, time to find new ones and took the leap on refurbished and I am beyond pleased. They are in perfect shape, zero wear, great sound/connectivity and all for a fraction of the cost. Bose does not make these anymore and this was the most reliable and cost effective way to procure them. Always a gamble with refurbished but Amazon is solid on their return policy and it seems to have worked out. Only 4-stars because I am a natural pessimist.

They are fabulous. I like the touch controls. It's just swipe like cellular phones. Only has 3 buttons. Just tap or swipe controls for everything ! I LOVE them.

By far best wireless headphones on the market today.I went through a lot of different high-end brands and models and Bose wins. Their light and comfortable noise cancellation is one of the best in its categories microphones for outgoing calls are top-notch. Intuitive to use right away.
