I prefer to write everything with a fountain pen. I’ve used high end pens as well as low end, disposables, Waterman, Parker... I LOVE this pen. It is sleek, weighty, well balanced, smooth, and elegant yet understated, but more importantly, it writes like melting butter, smooth as satin. The first time I used it, I was blown away. I’ve never experienced a fountain pen that writes this smoothly. Consequently, I own it in every color and several in black. I’ve given it away for gifts, and it makes me giddy because it feels like I am sharing a treasure. I really can’t say enough about it. My preferred ink is Pelikan Violett, but it writes equally well with every ink I’ve tried and in every color. If you are looking for a highly exceptional writing experience at a very moderate cost, this is your pen.

I have a collection of fountain pens, more than 100. The collection ranges in price and size. I was pleasantly surprised by this pen and the 606 model with EF nib. The pen feels and writes better than some expensive manufacturers.The body of the pen is metal and has a good weight. The weight is balanced for long writing periods without exhaustion or hand cramp. The pen does not skip across the page. The 606 model is perfect for note taking in the margins of pages. I will likely purchase a couple more of both models to have in the office and to carry. This pen writes amazing! I have fallen in love with fountain pens trying out various different steel and gold nibbed pens and I got this for my partner as an entry level pen because of the color selection offered.While I got the pen for the aesthetics, I cannot believe how well the medium tipped nib version writes! Besides the writing, the unboxing experience with this pen is truly special and it feels like a much more expensive experience than expected. If you are looking for a pen under $20 that isn't too big and has nice color selections to choose from, this is an easy recommendation!

This is very good for the cost, it competes with much more expensive pens for writing experience, and isn't so expensive that I'd hesitate to take it with me into the field (forest, stream, city street, etc). I love the color, doesn't leak, and is well balanced when not posted. The cap will sit on the end of the pen, but it doesn't "post" exactly - that is, it'll just fall off if you tilt the pen, and I'd worry about it scratching the lacquer. That said, I don't have a strong preference for posting or not, so I'm a fan. The nib is smooth and responsive, and lays ink down without hard starts or burping so far. Easy to clean, too.

This pen offers quite the presentation upon opening. An outer box with their logo and design and within that box is another magnetic specialty box with their design once more and upon opening that box you find the pen perfectly presented and ensconced in plastic wrap.I immediately opened that wrapping and inked this pen with Noodler’s 54th Massachusetts Blue ink and away we go.I found the nib to be rather smooth and the pen to be very responsive very soon after it was inked. The ink seem to flow right out and didn’t have any skip or stammers for the first time writing.Pen is very well balanced and not too weighty and the cap posts just fine and doesn’t add any more weight to the pan while writing. You also get a lovely satisfying click upon closure.For the price and the color I would definitely buy it again. Quite impressed with Picasso (Pimio).

I bought this pen for my bullet journal and I love it. It has a nice weight and is easy to refill. It writes very well, but I do find the ink seems to "puddle" in spots. However, that may be due to the ink I purchased instead of the pen. I also like the way the cap clicks when recapped.

I love this pen, I love the colour, the weight (not too heavy) and it is just right for me. It writes well on different papers. I am absolutely satisfied. It also got admiration from my friends. ... it was one of my birthday presents that I chose. You never know what you get as it is looking at a picture!

This is a nice writing pen. The section is a little slim, however I have large hands.The nib seems to be more of a western fine. It’s very smooth and was well tuned out of the box.
