CAR COVER [Product Very High Quality, A Very Good Design, and Well Constructed]
Of car covers, it’s the best value for your money. Utilized it to protect my car from residue fallout from an industrial facility. There is a version that does not have the felt lining on the inside, recommend using that one if you taking it off an put it on when wet. The felt is best used under dry conditions, where dust only is concern - an example, one who parks there car in a deck and periodically drives their car.Just to re-iterate, the product is of very high quality, and well designed, and well constructed - speaking as a scientist and engineer.

Good Product
This is the third time I have reviewed this product. I gave it a 1 star in my second review. I was very annoyed that it turned out to not be water proof.Since then I have researched these car covers. Even the experts cannot seem to agree on whether a car cover should actually be completely water proof. Some of them suggest the acidity in rain water can damage the finish. This may in fact be a problem in some areas of the country. But ALL the 'experts' seemed to agree that moisture being trapped under a waterproof cover is very bad. And it will get moisture under the cover, even on a water proof cover. This will lead to rust, or corrosion, or even mildew. My research suggested that a completely waterproof cover is not really a good idea, in most cases. This cover 'breathes. True, my car gets wet after it rains. But in only a few hours of sunlight it is dry again. In two months, I cannot see any bad effects of this process. This is very soft and fits my vehicle well. It also looks good, and the elastic keeps it in place.

This is an excellent car cover for the price
I own a classic car and also live in a very dirty urban area. I am pretty OCD about keeping my girl clean and protected. Over the past decade I have gone through two expensive custom made car covers that over time ultimately wear out. This happened recently but at the moment I can't afford to spend the $350+ for a new one. I spent a lot of time researching a more affordable cover to at least last me for a few months, and eventually landed on this one. The first one I bought ended up being too small, so I returned it and re-ordered the next size up (so make sure you pay attention to sizing).I have to say, after about a month or so I am very impressed with the cover - at least so far. I was a little turned off by how stiff it was and all the cheap velcro straps (which I might end up cutting off, as I don't think they do a lick of good), but the protection has been surprisingly good. My car cover/upholstery guy has always told me that it's better to keep the cover off if I know it's going to rain, but last week I decided to test it out and I was pleasantly surprised by how dry the car was when I removed the cover.Unfortunately, we are experiencing crazy amounts of rain here in Northern California, and I grappled with whether to keep the cover on during a big storm that came in yesterday. I monitored things all day, and the cover stayed put - but when I came outside one last time around 11:30 pm it had blown off! so now I am trying to determine if it's safe to take to the laundromat and wash in delicate cycle (like I always did with my previous covers). Reaching customer service has not been easy so maybe I'll post the question here.

I like this cover
I like this cover; the material and quality are very good. I recommend it. My only complaint is this; I purchased the 200-inch cover for my 190-inch long Subaru Outback and the cover was somewhat too short (very tight fit end-to-end) - it did not fully wrap around both the front and rear bumper as shown on Amazon's web page. If I had purchased the next size up 228-inch cover it would have been far too big. When sizing these for your vehicle, remember that these are sized for sedans and that sizing for other SUV or wagon-like vehicles will not apply.

Not 200 inches, very thin and hard material and not quality material for outdoor protection
This car cover is replacing one that is 191 inches, it's rated at 200 inches. This cover is shorter by 6 inches when placed on the car. the material is very stiff and thin. The corner straps are made of a very stif, spun plastic. It's probably fine for an indoor cover, not one that is exposed to the elements, especially wind. But one that is slightly larger if you want a decent fit.

Great Car Cover!
The car cover came as described. It is thick! I've had it for roughly 2 months and it is holding strong. The outer layer is semi waterproof. Water may penetrate through the layers due to heavy rain fall. It has been raining in Southern California for the last few days and upon uncovering my car, the car looks clean. The inner layer is soft and seems to protect the paint quite well. There are straps at all 4 corners to really hold the cover down during windy conditions. In addition, there is a strap that runs under the car that secures the cover. Overall, very happy with this product. Will happily purchase another cover from this company again.
