I bought the two pack, one squeaker doesn’t work out of the box and the second one barely lasted 15 minutes before the corner shredded.

This is the third time we have gotten this for our dog. The first one got horribly stained because it went everywhere with he and I could no longer get it clean. The second had one end shredded due to the constant chewing by my dog and enthusiastic tug of war with another dog. She was delighted (again) when she got another one for Christmas. This is her favorite toy and the first one she brings to us when she wants to play. Not indestructible, but lasts far longer than her other toys. We will continue to by these - she loves them!

I have a working K9 I got this toy for his reward. He gets to have it for less then a minute once rewarded and after a couple uses of deploying it to him he was able to rip holes in the corner within seconds. Stitching is not nearly as durable as I would have hoped based on what it's advertised as.

It lasted 20 minutes tops! And I threw it away, concerned he’d choke on the pieces. I’m not convinced this is real fire hose. It feels very thin. It is nicely made and has a very nice squeaker. But it’s not for an aggressive chewer. It’s was a waste of money for me. But would be nice for a dog who likes to tug, but isn’t a big time chewer. I’m disappointed.

The toy is not strong enough for an aggressive chewer. It took my dog less than 10 minutes to destroy. Would not recommend.

I have to say that my 10 month old doodle was able to chew this apart. It took her less than 2 days to chew the ropes off but two weeks to get it to the point I had to put it in the trash. I don’t think it was a bad purchase since she got much enjoyment out of it, hence the 4 stars, however I wouldn’t call it chew proof. It was something different and since we are constantly trying new things to keep her occupied it was definitely worth the money for us.

Our small Labradoodle had the handle chewed to pieces in less than ten minutes and the end stitching shortly thereafter. Only good for a pull toy but not for the dog to play with.In the trash can less than thirty minutes after opening.

Admittedly, my guy is an ultra power chewer. He’s also only 11 lbs though. I get the fire hose toys cause they’re the only thing that wlllast a week or two. This lasted less than2 minutes before he had a hole in it. And within the hour (likely much less time but I’m being nice) it was completely destroyed. This was during a supervised play session. If I had left him unsupervised, the whole thing would have been gone in less than 10 minutes. So disappointing.

Advertised for agressive chewers . Not the case with these . My dog destroyed them in a matter of hours.
