I loved this docking station. Everything you read is exactly what you'll get. Everything worked with 3 monitors going at once in addition to my MacBook Pro.The one problem was the switch or lever on the left that you use to undock your laptop. It doesn't lock in place, it's just in place so it can slide out easily if bumped or touched. Once it slides a little, all the monitors go down. I was able to look beyond it for a while, but eventually, it slipped out too many times and had to return it.This docking station is so close to being perfect. I welcome the 2.0 version if this is resolved.

I love this dock! After going through six cheap dual monitor hubs I spent the money for this and so far I am not disappointed. It just works! I have two monitors, a 10-port powered USB hub, speakers, external hard drive, Blu Ray burner, and network cable connected and everything worked as it should first time. I'm so impressed, I bought one for work and home. Should have done this from the beginning and not wasted my money on $80 hubs. The worst I can say about this hub is I have to look closely to get the ports on both sides plugged in, but that's no big deal.

I had been trying to get multiple monitors to work with my 2019 MacBook Pro, and I could not get them to work. I purchased this docking station, and everything now works beautifully! it's easy to connect, and has ports for everything you need, to include SD and mini SD. Highly recommended!

I like the docking station and it enhances my office setup and productivity, but I only rated it 4 stars because it does not come with a set of keys to lock it to keep it from undocking every time you bump the lever on the left. So now I have to research to find a compatible key that will fit.....doesn't make sense.

Love this docking station. Why in the world would Apple not offer these? Works great. Makes it easy to slide it in and go without having to deal with a bundle of wires.

This is my second docking station I have bought from them. Sad to see my old one go but was not compatible with my new Mac. What I love about this one is no drivers are needed at all, even for the NIC. I use two monitors with it without any issues. If I had to cite a negative, it would be that it is not as easy to put in the dock like my old one was. Takes me about a minute or so to line up the ports versus my previous where I just put the feet in the divers and pushed the lever. Definitely good for the money.

Functionality added is awesome! It could be thinner lighter and plug in much easier. You can’t have everything.
