Microsoft Office Home & Student 2019 Only PC Windows | New | English

To Amazon Prime, I was told by Microsoft help and support that this product should not have been sold to me. Its a product that is usually installed in the laptop or PC before being sold and should not be sold as a separate item to install. Also its cost around £100 retail.

Bought this for my new Acer laptop, also from Amazon, but problems trying to install - waste of money - keep clear!Download failed part way through, although I know I have a reliable internet connection

Can't register for use in the UK! The software is probably OK if you live in the Virgin Islands - it's the seller (Zestypro Ltd) that's dodgy

This is another bogus copy which is not registered for Europe. It is only allowed for non European countries in Africa Asia and the Middle East.

Packaging showed in English but log in was for another language. Phoned Microsoft who do nothing to correct or patch this and had to return it to Amazon.

The products that I have recently purchased from Amazon, are part of an Upgrade from Windows 7 to Window 10, with the exception of the laptop stand, which turned out not to be what I required the rest of the products are very useful and I have been able to incorporate them into my home-office/study. What I further like with regards to Amazon is the range of products that are available, either directly or vie third parties, which has enabled me to smoothly transfer from using Windows Seven to using Windows Ten. Thank you Amazon. Job well done. I am pleased with the outcome

Product installed successfully from activation code and, as far as I can tell, the three products, Word, Excel and PowerPoint, are all available and working. Just as expected. Of course, being Microsoft, the installation steps are not without some head scratching, but not too bad.

It was less costly at £89!Installation was very easy and successful, it is a one off purchase which is useful instead of subsequent renewal payments.
