We received it several days ago, but since then it's been sitting in a corner. (sigh)We needed a rollerbag for my 6 year old daughter as the weight of her schoolbooks were a struggle for her to carry everyday.We bought THIS bag because the size was perfect! 9"x18"x13"....what we thought was 13" HIGH!We were so upset when the bag arrived to see that there's no way it will fit under her desk & she may not be able to use it for a few YEARS because of its height.Since their desks are shorter than 17", bags which are too tall would not be able to fit under & would have to be left in the narrow passageways. (a hazard for other kids & teachers; so they do not allow)Now we have a very pretty bookbag that she can neither use nor exchange or return since we do not live in the US; the shipping charges are too high - it would be like purchasing another bag.
