I only use this sparingly with my dog as his paws are rarely rough. When they get dirty enough, though, I take this out to clean his paws. He tolerates it, which is great. It only takes a minute to work it in, and the effect is immediate. I'd recommend it if your dog's paws look rough or they have a habit of getting dirty.

My older dog i suspect has a yeast or bacterial infection on his paw by the way he chews on it like it were a piece of chicken. I was hoping this would help with it. Unfortunately he had a ear infection when he was younger and is traumatized by the ear treatments. If i even try to get close to him with the bottle he'll run and hide. Poor guy I guess we'll have to try something else.

I haven’t tried this on muddy paws but it does seem to soften his paw pads. Smells nice and easy to use.

Although the dog doesn't like us messing with her paws, She sits still long enough for us to apply this to her paws. She's always licking her paws and getting them infected. We have to keep them clean and this helps.

Our Lab often suffers from painful furuncles in between his toes. I use this foam in combination with Dechra MiconaHex + Triz Shampoo, especially on days when I don’t get around to soaping up his paws. So far so good. I like that I don’t need to rinse this off, and that it doesn’t have a strong odor.

I cleaned my dog’s paws with a wet wipe prior to using this foam because the foam is definitely not going to remove dirt and grit. Then I applied the foam. It removed a little more dirt and sanitized my dog’s paws without irritating them.

My Shiba paws are already clean when I apply it, so can’t comment on that cleaning part. the paw softening features that I am interested in, and I can say they are soften for the last 30mins, hope it stay that way at least half a day.

Although this will help clean feet, it won't get take care of dirt or mud. It might work better as a paw softener. The odor wasn't bad and the dog was tolerant of using this on them. It is a very small bottle that makes is a bit easier to use but I think that $13.99 is expensive for this product which is why I only gave it 3 stars.
