See photo of the hair loss from the first brush. Not what I expected. My little girl was so distressed, after seeing this on an advert and asking for it for her birthday and then asking what should she do with this large handful of hair?! Apart from the hair loss it's a lovely too and seller shipped quickly. We did not contact seller about hair loss.

So very disappointed with the Doll, bought for my granddaughter for Christmas, after first play the hair has come out in chunks, also doesn't have a smell which I thought it would have, also there is no option for me to have a refund, very very bad purchase for me

The packaging is nothing like as described so I've had to open it and check it is the right item. Annoying as it's a birthday gift for my niece. Seems to be correct (we already had one so I compared it to that) but not happy, the description needs updating

Didn’t like the packaging as wasn’t as shown on picture, wasn’t sure if genuine. May be but I sent back for refund and ordered elsewhere and it arrived as shown in picture. At least update the picture to show correct packaging please.

This little dolly is so cute my grandaughter is absoliutly thrilled with her . They are now best friends and can go anywhere because she just fits in a pocket easily . High quality would recomend at such a bargin price

My daughter is happy with this (she also has another one) but I think their hair is really thin at the roots and could do with more. This is not visible in pictures online. But other than that, good product

The doll they say it smell strawberries it a joke it smell like plastic
