SKFMTB32F MTB Fork seals Kit 32 mm, FOX

I expected more from these as SKF is a respected name in seals and supplies the latest Fox factory seals. These were supposed to go into a 2005 F100 RLC but I can only get one seal to work. The RH side is just fine but the other simply refuses to stay seated in the fork leg, over the space of about 10 minutes it slowly eases it's way out until it pops completely out. I usually add a dab of grease to the seal outside face to help with installation in the fork leg, so I tried a dry install on this one but the end result is still the same. Comparing it with the one that came out the piece that goes down inside the bore is a couple of millimeters shorter, maybe this makes the difference? These are listed as from 2003 onward so I expected them to fit perfectly.I had ordered these online as I didn't have time to drive into town to pick a set of seals up but ultimately ended up doing that as it was a Saturday afternoon and I needed the bike back together.

The rubber wipers seem top notch. Installed easily enough and create a good seal against the stanchions. The foam rings look like substantially less dense foam than the foam rings that come with fox factory kits. I used them still. We will see how they fared when I change out the oil next time.

The local bike shop didn't carry the older FOX seals with the shoulder on them like these. They told me the shoulderless ones work fine. I put the FOX ones in and they leaked worse than the original seals. Bought these SKF seals they installed easily and haven't leaked after a season of riding. SKF is a good brand buy these not FOX.

These are by far the smoothest seals I've used for my Fox fork. Previously always used Fox Factory seals, which always seemed a little sticky. These ones are completely different, as they give the fork so much better small-bump control. Very satisfied.

This was my first time servicing a suspension fork, and it went just fine after watching some videos.

My 2013 Fox Float 29 Evolution fork works so smoothly with these wipers. Installation was easy but they are tight when installing into the lower stanchions. Just takes some time and effort. Happy days.

It takes a little effort to install the seals but once in place they work great. Installed these seals about a year ago and have been pleased with the results. No oil leaks, no excess friction, and no wear on the stanchions. This went into a 2003 or 2004 Fox F100 RL open bath fork.

Es el SKF original de mi vieja Fox, pero tiene el mismo precio que unos de la marca, por eso las 3 estrellas, si fuera más económico sería ideal.Falta el montaje para ver los resultados

Kit di parapolvere usati su FOX 32 29, ottima qualità, ho usato l’apposito intrusore per l’installazione.

Incorrect size for a 2012 fox float 32mm fork. The fork seals diameter was1mm too small and they just dropped into place without any pressing. I was looking forward to upgrading to these SKF seals over the stock ones from Fox.I went to my local bike store and ordered the stock fox 32mm ones that fit perfectly.
