Incredibly happy with the versatility, value, and quality of this ceramic cast-iron cookware. Beautiful color, cooks well, easy to clean. Used on glass top and in oven. Bought a second set for a gift.

Unable to use yet, however, it looks as described.

Both featured skillet and Sauté pot are quite heavy and require care in handling both in the cooking/frying process and during hand washing.They both build up heat quickly and retain it for sometime and require extra care in handling if your transferring cooked food from one pot to another container. I find using cooking gloves or mitts to have better control of handling these heavy utensils.They do an excellent job with sautéing onions and meat and the start of a soup dish.The fry pan or combination lid and pan is very good in frying bacon but too heavy for a lid and I use a universal stamped metal lid for both these pot and pans.Summing up these two ...they do an excellent job of cooking/frying but are cautiously heavy to handle and do require good hand/arm strength.

Gorgeous! I got the red. This is a VERY solid set at 11 pounds. I like that you can use the lid as a pan; we use it for stir fry. Excellent set, use oil or food will stick. The silicone pan holders sold will NOT fit these pans as the handles are shorter. We bought another set as a gift for Christmas!

Love this pot, very versatile. Been my most used pot lately.

So far, I haven't found a thing this can't do. You have to remember to let it cool completely. You have to let it soak to get the cooked on food off and it cleans easily with a scrubber sponge but it's as white on the inside as the day I bought it. Don't plunge the scalding cast iron under cold water and this thing will last forever. I use it all the time and love it.

This set cooks my food well and it's easy to clean but it is not nonstick.**Update**This cookware sucks. Waste of money. I followed all the instructions on how to clean and care for this cookware but it is such a huge disappointment. Everything sticks now. Adding more oil or water doesn't do much. It's becoming more difficult to clean. Boiling soap water doesn't help at all. I wish I could get my money back.
