Ok, so this product works fine reasonably well, but initially I was puzzled with the centre threaded/screwed rod, and to be specific, the red part at the end that makes contact with the branch.The part at the end appeared to be stuck in place, and wouldn't rotate - making it fairly useless with regards to screwing it in tighter to the branch.I had to put the whole thing in a vice, and force the red part at the end to come loose - a bit of WD40 later and it's properly loose, and rotates fine now to allow it to screwed in tighter to the branch.I only bought 1 of these, and maybe it's a one-off. Recommended only to buyers who have access to a workshop.

Don't bother. Can only bend very thin branches more likely to damage your trees due to cheap poor quality of the product.

Build quality is great but it just doesn't work properly. It will only work if you hang it horizontal and want to bend a branch down otherwise it just slides of and you cant put pressure on it. I wanted to bent a trunk but that's not gonna work
